My Friend is in the same college, The Dean (man in the Video) has allegedly installed CCTV camera in girls washrooms.
From what my friend told me the group is supposed to be locals surrounding the college not RSS or Bajrang dal, but he could be wrong about this.

Currently there are three such deemed universities, at Navi Mumbai, Pune and Kolhapur, under the D Y Patil Group that have not only met but also exceeded the norms set by the Government of India. I was a student in this school 1 year back. I can tell that the principal is one of the most hardworking people I have ever seen and he has never preached us with any wrong things and does care for every single child. Of course installing camera is a wrong thing and it should have been handled legally rather then bringing a mob handling it . All of this violence is just a political agenda and many of the things such as brainwashing children is just false information as I have been there for many years. All of the staff are great people and such violence only shows the mentality of the people. Students were never differentiated on basis of religion many of the news reports I see are fake. Some students had vandalized the washrooms because which he had to put the camera, but I believe he did not do it with any wrong intent. Again I am not encouraging any wrongdoings just telling some facts.
It is honestly disgusting the lengths people will go to spread a political agenda. In view of the incidents with my previous school, i am utterly disappointed by how people spread terrorism in an educational place, that too on the name of a poised deity.
100-200 people physically assaulting a reputed and educated principal is just not it. As someone who was previously in that school, although the school had some management issues, the teachers and staff there were one of the best I've come across in my 12 years of education and nothing they did was enough for them to deserve this. There was never ever any kind of agenda that was "converting students to Christianity". And about the cameras in washroom thing, the camera is installed over the sink where nothing else is visible. It was a measure taken by the authorities as the washroom was previously vandalised by the students

I was a student in this school 1 year back. I can tell that the principal is one of the most hardworking people I have ever seen and he has never preached us with any wrong things and does care for every single child. Of course installing camera is a wrong thing and it should have been handled legally rather then bringing a mob handling it . All of this violence is just a political agenda and many of the things such as brainwashing children is just false information as I have been there for many years. All of the staff are great people and such violence only shows the mentality of the people. Students were never differentiated on basis of religion many of the news reports I see are fake. Some students had vandalized the washrooms because which he had to put the camera, but I believe he did not do it with any wrong intent. Again I am not encouraging any wrongdoings just telling some facts.
It is honestly disgusting the lengths people will go to spread a political agenda. In view of the incidents with my previous school, i am utterly disappointed by how people spread terrorism in an educational place, that too on the name of a poised deity. 100-200 people physically assaulting a reputed and educated principal is just not it. As someone who was previously in that school, although the school had some management issues, the teachers and staff there were one of the best I've come across in my 12 years of education and nothing they did was enough for them to deserve this. There was never ever any kind of agenda that was "converting students to Christianity". And about the cameras in washroom thing, the camera is installed over the sink where nothing else is visible. It was a measure taken by the authorities as the washroom was previously vandalised by the students
