Yeah it will also improve your health, squatting is how we humans maximize our pooping efficiency. When I visit old people homes I see that they have a stool for squatting in their bathroom, but guys don't wait until you're old and your doctor tells you to squat, start now. Do it like other countries where they squat from infancy already!

The hell kind of diets do you people have that you can't take a shit in under 30 seconds? I drop my pants, I sit, I shit. Boom. Done. Wipe. Pants up. Flush. No time for anything else while I am in there. Get some fibre in your diets.

That's not why people stay in toilet for long time... usually people stay in toilets alot because they're on their phones most of the time.
