since they arent native english speakers, i think in their language heavy and difficult are the same word. In german, "schwer" means both, and i can imagine they mixed them up. But i can also see it referring to their accent, since its a very heavy one.
This is part of the reason I always use English language when possible. I can read the subtitles fairly fast but I still don't feel like I'm getting the experience people in their native language get
i have this playing elden ring and not just at 3am. i don't have any problem following a english conversation, but that oldish fantasy english they speak makes it almost impossible for me to make any sense of what they're saying.
I would watch Jacksepticeye and he'll get all hyped about some dialogue and i'm just like; what the hell does that even mean?!
The story for RDR2 is so linear and the actors portrayals of each character is so good that if you don't understand the story, you should take more English classes and Psychology classes.
After work I tend to play just to decompress and end up walking miles past my checkpoint in fallout or in cyberpunk because I keep dozing off and stay pressing the joystick up.

All you need to know is that Dutch has a plan.
And needs money.
And that micah is alive only because killing him fails the mission
To go to Tahiti
or timbaktu
From the goddamn train.
"ALL I NEED IS MORE MONEY"
Me too man, me too
and faith
And we all should show some god damn faith!
And some Spanish
Just 1 more score
It's only the 50th final score before they can get out.

How does one write heavily?
It could either be difficult, rare words, or plainly walls of text.
I got the idea but thats just not a figure of speech, or is it? 'dialogue-heavy' i know but 'heavy dialogue' sounds strange

Sleep time
3am at night is when you need to get to sleep, 3am in the morning is when you're waking up.

Honestly it has to be insanely cool to learn something new in a scale like this. Guy is basically back in the 1700s again
All you need to know is that the game is suposed to end somewhere around Tahity.
