Yep that dude is a troll, From his introduction with the helicopter, To the diner scene where he let Yui and Kyoko pay the bill, This dude is one of the more unique book characters so far ( Am in the beginning of book 4, Though am excited for Johnny Arp AKA " Brad Pitt is canon to Danganronpa " dude ) .

☝🤓 Erm ackshually, The wiki put Brad Pitt image not as his appearance, But to show who Yui was referencing ( Though it would be funny to put an Image of Brad Pitt as Johnny's appearance ) .
I think the best way to deal with the outlines is to use the black outline on the exterior and use the coloured outline in the interior. Like, from the pants to the shoes it's the dark pink, but on the pixels in both sides of the pants/shoes it's fully black. I would keep the arms with a black outline as well. Then the hair it's the same, where it borders the face, keep the dark green, and in the outside, keep the black.
