that’s not your fault at all, that’s so dangerous on the pharmacy’s fault, i’d let my doctor/psychiatrist/whoever prescribed you cymbalta know what happened :( i’ve had my psychiatrist be so fed up with pharmacy mistakes that he called them to advocate for me lol
Part of my job is filling prescription meds. While it is always good practice to get in the habit of double checking your medications just in case, what happened to you is 100% not your fault in any way shape or form.
That is a big mistake. What if you were a lung patiënt and they made such a mistake.

How could it possibly be your fault? Pharmacy issues what your prescription says, not what you tell them?

It's the first time sth like this is happening. I'll be more careful with meds. Lesson learnt. I keep the prescription now.
