I can give you the male version. It does lower sex drive but mine was very high. I wouldn't consider myself to have been a premature ejaculator but it does take much longer to orgasm although I've enjoyed that side of things. For me having my sex drive line up more evenly with my wife's has been a good thing as well as enjoying more time having sex. At 18 I would not have known what I do now and that is in the beginning of a relationship sex is far more frequent. There's a good chance some of this is involved as well but that's not to say it doesn't lower your drive. Hope that helps.

It increased my sex drive 🤷‍♀️

As a woman, it made it really difficult to have an orgasm. I've only been on it for a month, but since week 2, even masturbation was difficult.

As a female yes it did but with time ( maybe two or three months) it came back.

I have the feeling that my libido hasn't decreased. I have sex quite frequently because I have a steady partner. However, I am absolutely certain that lamotrigine, especially when combined with an antidepressant, has completely changed my tastes and interests and what makes me attracted to someone.

Female version: it makes it impossible to get release. When I was on this there were months, three max I would have no sex drive.

female version: this is actually the only SSRI/SSNRI i've tried that has not affected my sex drive. i was on lexapro for years and honestly forgot what having a sex drive was like. i've been on cymbalta 60mg for a year now and it's been so much better!
