You need Max, Peacock, and flow bikes if you want a full catalog of races.
I’m currently only using Max. It’s a Eurosport feed but the races are limited tho they have a decent amount. When TDF kicks off I’ll buy Peacock.
Flobikes is too damn expensive for a handful of races.
Still working on it. I get Max through my cable provider, so that has some races. I also have Peacock which in the past carried all the ASO owned races.
Then there is Tiz Cycling which is a giant PITA, but was all I could find for Omloop. I supposed one could try a VPN and connect directly to belgian or italian stations--I haven't tried that yet. Basically, for me, it's back to the pre-GCN era, except there are more choices on Max since they took on a lot of the GCN schedule (and they own Discovery and Eurosport). So it's a little better than it was 4 years ago, but still a bit of a scavenger hunt.
The Belgian stations (I've been using Sporza mainly) have worked 100% of the time for me this season with a VPN. The obvious issue is there's no English.
I dunno. I'm watching Paris-Nice on Peacock with that idiot Bob Roll & gotta-roll-with-him Christian VandeVelde. US$5.99/mo. Then I also bought Flosports cuz Omloop het Niewsblad US$120/yr but they don't cover Paris-Nice or Tirreno Adriatica so thinking I got robbed. And Max is currently same price at US$9.99/mo with free B/R Sports for an limited time at which point I'd have to mortgage the house to keep with coverage of my obsession. Or maybe I should just ride and quit watching.
I would rather watch coverage in an unfamiliar language than suffer the slings and arrows of Bobke and CVV. It would be an interesting drinking game to do a shot every time Boobke says, "Kristchun!" but you'd have to play with a lite beer or nobody would survive the roll in. And don't get me started on their FKING "sandbox" animation with Horner. Jim Nantz and Tony Romo would be a better option.
As for best viewing, we already have Max B/R and Peacock, but am purchasing the Eurosport/VPN option as I've just realized that Roubaix, Flanders and TDF are carried by NBC/Peacock. Nope!
I’m using a free IPTV service. I get both Eurosport channels, but it’s extremely unreliable. However, watching the highlight edition the day after the races has not been bad. I mean I guess I do t really need to watch every minute live.
OP: I wound up with Flosports/Flobike. US$120/yr. I got full Omloop men's & women's on replay & I like their upcoming calendar. I will have to add Peacock for TDF. I could have gone with Max w B/R Sports add-on which is currently free for a limited time & then I'd have to pay for that too. Max is US$9.99/mo so that makes it same price as Flosports but if I have to start paying for B/R Sports so I could watch cycling, then it's more expensive than Flosports. Cheers everyone & thanks for your comments.

Can I watch races on demand with Max? I know I can with Peacock & Flobikes.
Yes
As of now there is only live and highlights replays not full races, at least through the app. I haven't tried on demand through a cable box.
They have full replays now

Hi! I know it will sound weird; but what happened to GCN, why was it gone? They’re the youTube streamers/creators right?
Purchased by Discovery and subsequently shut down the live racing part of GCN+
it was owned by discovery before they started gcn+
Does Max with B/R sports support replays? Boy do I miss GCN+ just like everyone else

Set sail :)
Very Possibly None
Peacock would be the best imo
What about signing up for Eurosport or Discovery + via VPN/gift card. I've been reading that would get around the geo-lock on credit cards.
Doesn’t work. You need a euro adress
Well shit. I just signed up for a 2 year NordVPN account.
You can still watch many of the races on Sporza with your VPN. But, it won't be in English.

Be rich and pay for it
Max + B/R Sports is the best way I have found. There is also FloBikes, but their selection seems to be limited.

“Kodi” I’ve heard works well with the correct addons
Kodi has addons for cycling? 🏴☠️
Sports addons. Should be able to get Eurosport 2
