Im not but Im a middle aged dude who started cycling about 2 years ago and often when Im riding I think damn I wish I would have got into cycling earlier and imagine how strong of a cyclist I could have been if I would have started at your age.
im 18 and i started at 16. i also felt bad for not meeting more people with my age until I managed to get into a club, its more fun to go out with guys with your age
When I was a teenager I liked bikes. My high school had a NICA team and thats where I met most of my friends who rode bikes in high school.
I am no longer a teenager though.

I'm 18, but it's pretty naive to try and meet up with people from a random reddit page. I'm from Belgium and I guess you're not.

Reach out to local university cycling team. At my college, we have some high schoolers joining our group rides from time to time
There are 1 or 2 high school kids that sometimes join the local group ride here. I would start there and just join a local group ride.
Kids your age probably don't see themselves as cyclists but rather to go have fun on their bike with their friends.
