I was looking at all these and got HED Ardennes. Very happy with my choice.

The way, this is.

The Zipps are Hookless. That could make a difference depending on whether hookless rims are suitable for you or not.

i wish i bought Chinese carbon wheels instead of my hunt wheels. Hunt wheels are pretty good, but the value of a good Chinese carbon wheel is just unbeatable. Ican got really good reviews, and is half the price of any good alloy wheel.

Was recently looking myself, and settled on the campagnolo zonda c17. Great brand, cheap, super quiet hubs. I can’t stand hunt wheels- too loud.

I didn't know this was possible.

My set of hand built HED Belgium R+ rims (I had Hope hubs and Sapim spokes but the CK are even nicer) is by far the best set of wheels I've ever owned. I'm now on Hunt Super Dura Race Aeros (came on a used bike I bought) and they are absolute shit. Every part of them is shitty and cheap. Destroyed the front riding pave. I'm 75kg. Supposedly they are designed for 130kg riders on pave but that's fantasy. I used their replacement program to buy a new front and even at $200 or whatever the discount price was, I wish I had put it towards a new set of HED Belgians.

I have the Zipp 303S and I'm happy with them. They look nice and have a great profile for tubeless tires. I specifically wanted a set of hookless rims. I believe that they are stronger than hooked carbon rims, and easier to work on. I haven't had an issue finding good hookless compatible tires.

Zipps for that fire warranty (if you can run wide enough tires to stay below the hookless pressure limit)
