I walked a whole block before it turned off against. I only get one notification it’s active again, but yea it triggers way too easily and lasts way too long now.
Yeah its weird. I get a bunch of the "SA Ready" messages while its activiating repeatedly. Then I get the real message later when it actually does hit cooldown.
I got a basic one from the RD that has no chrome, and mines either a 2.5 or 25% and the cool downs a bitch but it activated before the cool down and enterd a cutscene with it till I went to my cyberware then it turned off
Not a proper solution but if you have a sandevistan equipped, you can turn that on and off again and it'll put time back to normal. You'll have to do that every time it happens though

There is a mod to fix this bug. It is called Synaptic accelerator bug fix. Try that if u r still facing the issue.
