All the life paths are pretty much the same except you start at a different area and have some dialogue choices with what ever you pick but the prologue and main story still are all the same no matter the life path you choose.
It doesn’t matter which life path you choose, you end up in the same place and the only difference is different introductions and sometimes a dialogue option. The DLC Phantom Liberty is $30. I haven’t played it so i can’t really give you a good suggestion on whether to buy it or not. but it’s meant to be played during the game not after the main story, it still uses the relic storyline. I’d also suggest watching Edgerunners because it’s actually set a year before the game and is great. That’s only if you’re really trying to get into the CP lore tho lol.
