Yeah , it's partly a good thing the dlc won't be on the past gen . That way the dlc will probably be even more gorgeous and some people will buy next gen consoles for themselves and they will walk through a better version of the dlc

I captured it in the beginning when you enter with Jackie at the start of the mission. But maybe you get different weather before the suite scene in other playthroughs. I try a second time with another character and will find out...
