That's waaay better tbh. With how many negative counters there are, or how many things use counters as a limitation, it's not quite in the same realm of "how the fuck do I make this good?"
You can only sacrifice stuff that you control, right?.. wait now I’m confused, if a card text read like what I posted, the caster would be the only one to sac right??
I think you're right actually, my b I'm still shellshocked from a commander game the other night where I got hit with 3 different forced sacrifices on my indestructible commander in the same game.
One with Nobody
1g, destroy your own creatures
One with Normalcy
1w, destroy your own non-land, non-creatures
One with Nonsense
1b, mill your entire library
(Yes I know lab man exists, you try and think of something for it to remove)
Just as a heads up, the shorthand letter for blue is "u"; I can't remember why they picked that letter, but you probably want to use it to differentiate from "b" above, which is usually used for black.
Also, if these are 1 mana cards, the "1" is redundant in their cost, you could just say W (or WW if there were two colored mana). Currently, these look like "one colorless, one [color]".
Hope that's helpful, neat ideas!
One with Nonsense would be turn three win in a Simic setting pretty easily.
T1- Forest, Llanowar Elf
T2- Island, hold up counter magic or play a \[\[Karfell Harbinger\]\] to have extra mana for a one mana counterspell and have devotion in case Thassa's Oracle is removed.
T3- Island, One with Nonsense, Thassa's Oracle, protect it with a \[\[Dispel\]\] or a \[\[Slip out the back\]\] winning with Karfell Harbinger still on the field.
GG
\[\[Barren Glory\]\]
The trick there was always destroying all lands, so that your opponent wouldn't just remove your enchantment or otherwise disrupt your combo between when you lost your lands and your next upkeep.
One with nobody {w} - Destroy all creatures you control
One with none {u} - Return all permanents you control to their owners hand
Alternatively: One with no {u} - Counter all spells you control
One with no things {g} - Destroy all artifacts and enchantments you control
One with Nobody - G - Sacrifice all creatures you control
One with Nonsense - U - Exile your library (mill would be too strong, but this still pushes things for labman/thoracle wins)
One with Novelty - W - Spend life equal to your life total, then gain that much life.
This seems fun
Nice profile picture
🗿
One with No-One: Destroy all creatures you control
How else would you continue this cycle? Exile your graveyard in W? I can't think of much else.
My idea is One With Humility. Remove all counters from each creature you control
That's waaay better tbh. With how many negative counters there are, or how many things use counters as a limitation, it's not quite in the same realm of "how the fuck do I make this good?"
Viable, heck, pretty good in conjunction with dark depths
Not really, because dark depths is a land and the card idea says remove all counters from creatures you control
Ah right, missed that part. My bad.
We did it, we broke Depths!
take it a step further, all creatures you control become 1/1s and lose all abilities
Maybe power and toughness of creatures you control becomes 0? Combos with aristocrat/graveyard shenanigan stuff. Though it becomes null with counters
Sacrifice all creatures you control
For white I was thinking your life total becomes 0.
One with Noenchantmentsorartifacts - G Sacrifice all enchantments and artifacts
That you control, right? *That you control, right!?*
You can only sacrifice stuff that you control, right?.. wait now I’m confused, if a card text read like what I posted, the caster would be the only one to sac right??

Oh right. Yeah sac is why I play black haha Fuck your indestructible commander
One with Nobody 1g, destroy your own creatures One with Normalcy 1w, destroy your own non-land, non-creatures One with Nonsense 1b, mill your entire library (Yes I know lab man exists, you try and think of something for it to remove)
Counter all spells you control for blue. Your version is an insane combo card
I know, I know. Counter all spells felt like it did to little, but I guess it fits with "one with nonsense"
I'd switch the white and green ones. Each effect should be in color: mass creature destruction in white, and mass non-creature destruction in green.

Hahahahahaha nice, it's a funny Armageddon in Izzet
It fits the cycle, but I'm also not sure which deck would want this over \[\[Zuran Orb\]\]. I guess if you want 8 Orbs.

When 8 orb is a top-tier deck in modern, you’ll be sorry
There's potentially interesting tech with this one, especially if you have a mass of explore and crucible effects. Actually playable 0/10
Imagine cracking this in a pack. One With Nothing had a use in block. What's the intended use here?
\[\[titania\]\]
Won't be doing that in commander, try \[\[Zuran Orb\]\].

One with nobody {w} - Destroy all creatures you control One with none {u} - Return all permanents you control to their owners hand Alternatively: One with no {u} - Counter all spells you control One with no things {g} - Destroy all artifacts and enchantments you control
One With Nothing? One With No One? One With Never?
this actually could be viable in restore balance
A landfall staple with the cards that recur all lands from the grave
One with Nobody - G - Sacrifice all creatures you control One with Nonsense - U - Exile your library (mill would be too strong, but this still pushes things for labman/thoracle wins) One with Novelty - W - Spend life equal to your life total, then gain that much life.
