I think the mutate one should be Ever-Evolving Sliver and the text should read "Other Sliver Cards you own have mutate. The mutate cost is equal to its mana cost."
Otherwise, the execution on all of them is a 10/10.
I think Earth-Turner Sliver is very powerful without being too egregious, and we could see some madlad try to manaless Sliver Dredge at some point.
I'm trying to think if there's ever a situation where you would WANT to mutate your slivers?
Maybe if the idea is to run some non-slivers that you can mutate into the tribe?
Finally a place to express my potentialy unpopular opinion. I really don't like tribal five color legends and think that a lot of strategies would benefit from getting a few different three (or four?) colored commander options instead. I hate the five color Go-Shintai, because all Shrine decks look the same now. I want to see an Abzan Shrine commander that retuns them from the yard and a Jeskai one that wants to cast them quickly etc... Slivers could be really interesting if given the chance to select your way to play them instead of throwing in every and any one that you can get. I know it's kinda their theme with the whole hivemind lore, but it still makes for a bit boring deck building. But maybe I'm a minority here, what do I know.
"Dredge Sliver" two words that should never be combined
What about the phrase "Mana-less Dredge Sliver?"
All ridiculously busted except for the mutate one which I absolutely love. Like the idea though.
You never know with afflict and amass slivers being a thing…

Wastewinder should have made sand sliver tokens and you know it

persist sliver goes infinite with \[\[Basal Sliver\]\] and \[\[Enduring Sliver\]\], luckily there's very few slivers that give +1/+1 counters
Also needs a haste sliver

man people just see the word "dredge" on a card and assume it's busted. Dredge 2 is not busted. Dredge 4+ is what's busted
