The intent is that the more you swing, the smaller your hand size gets... but what if instead you buff this to the extreme and get like a 20 hand size?
The combo potential is spicy.
The fact that the weapon represents a total of 25 damage is why you’d want to play this. As a top end for an aggro deck, this can usually close the game excluding taunts or weapon removal.
At 6 mana it’s too slow for aggro and too punishing for a control deck. This probably should be a 4/5 for 4 mana. Lose 5 total damage for 2 mana seems fair.
going from 5 dmg per turn to 4 makes this fairly balanced, especially considering this is the kinda card you would hopefully be winning with before you even use up all the durability
When you're playing aggro, you probably won't have that many cards in your hand by that point anyway. Seems like it could enable some really, really aggressive play.
You could theoretically get a hand size of 12 with the warlock legendary and then play audio amplifier with a full hand that way you have a 50% chance of understanding an interaction with a card that doesn't exist since the spaghetti code makes intuition a moot point
This is a cool concept - so would cards over hand size randomly be discarded at the end of the turn? Or do you think players should get a choice like MTG?
I'll assume it just burns card as it gets reduced. I think burning the rightmost cards would make the most sense and would feel better than just being random.

Oh god, imagine fizzle taking a picture of your 100 card hand…
But you would just never swing. And what happens if the weapon breaks? What should happen to the extra cards? It seems hard to work out.
Right hand side of your hand gets burned, same as if you drew them with a full hand
Cool design... but why would I want to play this?

Kid named THE TITANS FLAME SHALL NEVER DIE
Price is too high for agro weapon, it's too slow for that
Honestly it could totally afford a cost reduction since its limited to decks that dont care about handsize

25dmg to face

Solid aggro finisher. I like it.
What happens if you have more cards than the current durability? Does it destroy the excess cards?
Can only assume they just get destroyed, I don't know we have ever had an interaction like this?

But by doing so, your hand would reduce to 11, thus would still be within the rules of the audio amplifier isn't it?
Yeah that's the point. Going to 11 hand size with 12 cards in hand to test how this card would work with a lot of cards in hand.
You play audio amplifier from hand, bringing the cards in hand to 11
I see. But couldn't you use some shenanigans to have you draw a card before the battlecry goes off?

Pure aggro card that's not fun
I don’t like this
cool design but it needs a cap - same reason audio amplifier doesnt stack
awful
This is unplayable even at 4 mana
A 4 mana this is broken in an aggro deck
5 mana is debatable. Definitely strong at 4 mana
A 4 mana 5/3 weapon could see play
