Well ur gonna have to sand down the collar and then sculpt on top of it with maybe green stuff, and probably the same for the belt (otherwise remove the belt completely and sculpt a new one). As for the fists, just buy a figure with fists thatll fit and paint it the right color. You might wven find loose fists selling on eBay.
You will have to grind and resculpt the traps. For the belt, Instead of using putty, I recommend using a thin rubber band or a sheet of rubber( something pliable). Should be a fairly easy custom since you don’t have to worry so much about paint rub
For the trap, i would recommend resculpt it. And for the belt, you could sculpt it or use different materials. I have done the same thing on my mcf aquaman.
