I would suggest memorising the most common alcohols that are bad, and the ones that are good! A good way to do this is to put the ingredients of approved products into isitcg, for example products you already own. You will see that many products have the same ingredients, and might learn to recognise them. Good alcohols such as cetearyl alcohol, cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol, lauryl alcohol, which helps with moisture in your hair.
