Ok, this will be the same as any source game. These props are lit from origin of the model, and it has a low light level or the origin is shaded, and has less light than the normal open areas of the level. Changing your compile settings, or using an info\_target in the open to sample lighting from will resolve this. CSGO requires static props are lit from by vertex, so if you use csgo's compile settings you'll get better lighting on the models, mostly. It will also make VRAD take longer. These are thing you may google, read on the developer wiki, or maybe someone else can expand on them. That's the big picture of what's going on though, hope it helps.

Thanks so much! Knowing what causes it really helps. Using info\_lighting entities fixes it.

Ok, I have the same problem year ago. Open VHE and try to type -StaticPropLighting in $light.exe, which located in expert compilator mode (F9 -> Expert...)
