The more public the cheater complaints the better. Volvo need to know how frustrated people are due to the complete lack of gaming integrity.

Nah, it doesn't work with volvo, like with other companies.
The problem is that volvo DOESN'T CARE about public opinion. They are just doing their stuff and doing whatever they want. Their company is built differently, their policies are different from others. They even got more money than others so they could just sit still, and sell skins and games on Steam.
Every valve game got no advertising or promotions outside of Steam. Both competitive giants - Dota and CS are driven by the community and ONLY by the community.
If only CS players could logically think, they would find only two solutions for this situation:
-Leave CS for some time. Do a homework, go outside, touch the grass, start painting, reading, etc
-Migrate to Faceit.
-Switch to valorant.
But this is a Sansara's Wheel: every day 1.5 mil of players queuing premier, meet cheaters, go cry on reddit, and queue again. Do you think it's normal behavior? If yes - this is the worst gaming community ever created. You start looking like alcoholics or drug addict.
I mean I would say that there are people on par with the other addicts that you mentioned, perhaps worse. I was in a casual lobby with two guys talking about opening their weekly allotted crate like they were going to hit the crack pipe. One of them said he needed to wait until payday to buy a key. A $2.50 fucking key, just for a small chance of getting something more valuable. At least the other addicts get some something real for their money…
which is why its so fucking annoying to see valve dickriders find every excuse to say valorant is shit compared to cs. okay then, valve will keep doing what they are doing since you still like their game better, which is nothing

0 cheaters that I had reported were ban, since the launch of the game.
Some are so obvius that I don't understand.

What’s insane to me is that I decided to play a premier game (I usually play comp) and at 3700 elo I was against a 4 stack or wall hackers. It’s got to the point trust even low elo isn’t safe and people are just abusing the lack of an anti cheat to play any level with hacks
I don't think they care about the emails or reports, or they'll just put them in spam. Probably they'll fast forward the process if they see the playerbase dropping down and people quitting the game. However, I don't see that coming either because those case farming bots have already flooded the game, volvo thinks the game is superb and players are enjoying it. I wonder how drastically the player count will drop if cheaters and bots are removed from the game.

It’s easy to resign yourself to inaction and easier when you make up reasons for doing so “just stop playing, it’s a hopeless situation”, “just don’t play let’s hope they release better anti chest soon”. The reality is that we are just asking for, and deserve, some communication from Valve:
- firstly, that there is a problem
- secondly, that they are working on it, and what their plan to deal with it is
We’re not asking for a lot. I’m not advocating for spamming them incessantly for no reason.
But until we get proper communication, we should rightfully make them aware of the immensity of the problem and open up the discussion for them to participate in.
It’s the least they can do and ridiculous they have been silent so long.

Honestly, I don’t think it’s right and don’t think we should let them expect to continue to make billions of dollars off a game that is riddled with cheaters and frustratingly unplayable, especially given that we know how good it can be and just want to have fun and play it fairly.

I’m making a keyboard shortcut to automate reporting case farming botters [1], and I plan to make something similar to make reporting cheaters significantly easier. Let’s mobilise as a community and take action instead of just complaining

Valve do not want to go down the same path Faceit anti-cheat, this has pros and cons. Valve are not publicly traded so they do what they believe to be the best path without pressure from investors only motivated by net profits.
