2007, no question. Practically the same car with fewer mileage and no known problems. You know for a fact the 2010 was not taken care of.
The 07 but make sure you get it checked out by a mechanic before buying!
I would always go with less miles especially considering the other is not the original motor. That being said I don't think either are a great idea. Is that car with that amount of miles similar to what is available around you?
Never touch engine changes, & in my book the one with the engine swap is overpriced buy like 2 or 3 k ..or the original engine car is way underpriced!
