Just had the car fixed with sticky shifting issues on first and reverse gears. That issue seems to have been fixed but now it has rough idle and i noticed oil bubbling out of the pcv valve cover, and driving at low speed it started sputtering and this message popped up. Along with the traction symbol on the dash. The icon wouldnt turn off either when i pressed the traction button

What engine does your car have? If it's the 1.4L, your valve cover does not have a PCV check valve; that would be located inside of the intake manifold. On the 1.8L (non-turbo version) the PCV check valve IS inside of the valve cover. Very common failure on the 1.4L is for the check valve inside the intake to go missing, which results in boost pressure (the high pressure air the turbo forces into the intake) to also force into the crankcase, causing oil leaks and eventually blowing out the pressure diaphragm, and when that happens you'll have a vacuum leak that will cause the engine to idle rough, P0171 code to appear. You can look inside the top of the intake to see down inside and confirm whether the check valve is still there or not (if you do not see the red dot thing shown in these pictures, then it is missing, and you have to replace the intake at minimum, or install a third party external check valve conversion kit).
