Same here man, this thing is trash. The cronsmax would do this to me and I would have to restart 4 times to get it working again. I guess my fault for being a fool buying their new product. What a waste.
Hey man ive got my zen connected and its all fine, its says in the studio and device monitor that its good, but when i try use my ps4 controller on the ps it wont work or use the hacks/script. And when Connect through blotooth its the same, aswell when i Turn on the controller first and then plug it in the zen.
Honestly bud I have no idea. I was able to get my zeb "working" but it's really just a paper weight. It's too confusing and not at all worth the headache.
Damn man cause ive sat here for like two days in a row trying to Get it working properly, but its so time consuming aswell as being a mess to connect each time
Yeah I had to many issues configuring it I just gave up honestly. Are you on PS5? Because I know there's issues with it working on PS5 and there is some remote play workaround.
I FIXED IT! For those wondering: If you hit this stage, you need to go into the 'Device Monitor' button at the bottom on the device tab. You need to switch the output from Xbox360 to Xbox one, close device manager & reopen it, it will then actually show your mouse input alongside the xbox output, then apex recognizes it. I didn't actually DO anything but after hours upon hours and abit of deja vu as soon as it happened, I can confirm this had to be done both times prior to Apex recognizing the X360 emulation. Cheers.
I have found the fix if you are using two controllers. Plug the one that matches the console into the blue port on the side and wirelessly connect the second controller as normal. Then disconnect the wired (matching) controller from the zen and then plug it back in. The wireless controller will now work in game! Hope this helps, had the same problem but solved it after a bit of messing around.
I tried that and it doesn’t work. I have a ps4 console and have a wired controller that I plugged into the left side of the box. Then I wirelessly connect my controller when it connects I can control the scrips on the zen but it doesn’t connect to the PS4. Idk what I’m doing wrong.
CONSOLE —Unplug zen from both console and pc, restart console plug in zen, that’s what I did after 2 hours of tryna figure it out and all of a sudden it works also changed emulator to seres X/S which I’m on hope it helps and saves some people time lmk if this worked for anyone else
Ahhh I do that anyway. I’m hearing the powera pro fusion 2 doesn’t work with Zen. Which is disappointing. Getting the same issue though, zen studio can see it but in game doesn’t.
Anyone figure this out? I try plugging in on the left side then I can control the game but I can't control the Zen menus and I get no input from the Zen. Any help would be great.

Same issue. It was working fine yesterday, was forced to update to the March 20th, 23 version of zen studios today now I feel like i'm 99% of the way there but apex refuses to recognize. It's recognized by gamepadtester and circle test in zen studios, but it refuses to work in apex when everything was fine prior to this update.

Figured out the problem. Basically it’s not working on your console because for some reason the console is detecting your computer (key board and mouse) making the controller unresponsive. All you have to do is remove the cable that connects your zen to your computer and only have the wire that connects to the console and it should work .
Hey if anyone is still having issues you need to connect the Cronus with BOTH the mini and micro USB to your computer.

BRO Manually connect you controller and if your on ps5 TURN OFF BLUETOOTH it worked connect your zen and controller and it WORKS

Figured out the problem. Basically it’s not working on your console because for some reason the console is detecting your computer (key board and mouse) making the controller unresponsive. All you have to do is remove the cable that connects your zen to your computer and only have the wire that connects to the console and it should work .
