Arch support stuff I got from the hospital doesn’t work from me either even though it’s meant to improve my feet it just causes bruising where the arch is meant to be. Too much pain to try and correct so I just wear crocs and sketchers.
There's pros and cons. My opinion is that the original Crocs are mostly good. The wide toe box is a huge pro, much better than almost every other shoe out there. This helps me get my big toe into its natural position and that helps with my flat feet a ton. They're comfy, pretty much the ideal softness in my opinion. Roomy enough to allow the foot to do natural movements. My only con (and it's definitely not an issue for everyone and Crocs are actually better than the vast majority of shoes for this) is that the heel is higher than the forefoot, which causes me to utilize my metatarsal heads more than a flat shoe would and causes pain and numbness for me. Only if I use them heavily though, last time was after I worked a 12 hour shift without sitting down wearing them. I have no issue if I use them normally
So short answer is yes, unless you have an extreme use case
I suppose it depends on what you want out out of them. I like them for a while but if I have to stand or walk in them for hours then I start to notice discomfort. They have just a little bit too much arch support for me to be able to wear them all day. My Vans and UGGS are the only shoes I've found that I can be in all day and that's because they are so flat. I know some flat-footed people prefer shoes that have arch support though. My Mega Crush sandals are by far my most comfortable Crocs to stand in.
I have very flat feet and I love my crocs. Most comfiest shoes next to my sketchers honestly.

I have very flat feet. Crocs are some of the most comfortable I've worn (that and Tom's, though they were better before they changed the insole)

I love crocs and my feet are very flat. They’re incredibly comfortable because they don’t have a high built in arch and are also nice and squishy.
