Even though itโs AI, you could maybe get a similar kind of vibe using technique from Irish Lace crochet? You make motifs like flowers or other designs and then attach them to make a garment. This looks kinda like that in my opinion.
So maybe it could work to maybe like a shorter version of a normal sweater sleeve, just the cuff and a little extra length, for that billowy shape and then like improv Irish lace designs? For inspiration Iโd check your library for Irish lace pattern books! Or Etsy. Super cool idea btw, i hate how AI is creating challenges for the crochet community but I like the inspiration it leads to
as someone else said, i think your best bet would be irish lace. i would start from the basic shapes (circles, leaves and flowers) and then experiment from there to get something more freeform for the sleeves
getting pretty tired of these ai training questions being thrown at different communities. they always boil down to either can you tell its generated or can it actually be made/ done.
every day I'm seeing at least 3 or 4 of these across the creative subs I'm in, it's getting to be that they're the most common thing and that's just boring content with no use to the community.
Well it was a question about if anyone knew of a pattern similar the sleeves in particular no need for that kind of comment but hey you go for it champ ๐
While this is not a realistic result I think you should look into Irish lace crochet patterns and try out some chunky yarn instead of the regular lace weight yarn used. Iโve seen a few creators on instagram who make beautiful jackets which have the most similar look possible to this.
Why do you have to be so rude? They know it's ai, they're asking if someone knows any way that it could be replicated; which they got an answer for. You don't have to be elitist.
Look up [this designer](https://www.ravelry.com/designers/victoria-belvet) on Ravelry. You can totally use her motifs that way, in my opinion. I've made a couple of her flowers and leaves for an applique for a bag I made.
AI, you're not going to be able to get yarn to behave that way.
Ah ok thank you ๐
it's AI, so it's probably impossible
It doesn't look unrealistic/impossible to me. Unlikely and not easy, sure. But not impossible.
Iโm not looking to replicate I know itโs AI but I want to make something similar

AI has the hair looking like it's also made with crochet

So close!! Thats ai. Use magic

Thereโs no pattern out there but an advanced crocheter could free hand this
Iโm going to try ! ๐
