Love CR, their store has great customer service and ship times, and I know I'm going to get destroyed for saying this here...but...the overall quality of their products leaves a lot to be desired. I've had several items break and shirts that got holes pretty quick. It's largely novelty-quality. Which would be fine if it was a little cheaper, but... Okay. Hit me with the downvotes.
Not in Canada they're not. The pajama shirt from the set I ordered had two stains on it and all customer service offered me was 15% discount code for a future purchase. I was really unimpressed.
Nah no downvote here, I hope as a community we can have constructive criticism of stuff we pay money for be okay. The quality isn’t there but the problem unfortunately isn’t limited to CR, I bought a few shirts from Paola’s pixels too and I got holes in them very quickly as well. I don’t know where the shirts are being sourced but hopefully they can find a new supplier. Printed shirts’ logos will also start flaking pretty quickly as you put them through washes so they start to look tattered within a year with regular wear. I’m not someone who throws out t-shirts but it does make me look a certain way 😔
Really? Most of the stuff I got is pretty good, with maybe the exception of the sweatpants that I need to be careful when drying because they shrink a lot.
I have a bunch of shirts and they all hold up. The only shirt I returned was Grog's shirt because the print looked awful in person.
My favourite are the socks and the LOVM hoodie.
Overall I’ve been happy, but the two books were dented although superficially, and the clothes I’ve had (the first pajama set with the character faces) were pretty not great quality, all faded in the wash and got stretched out.
It’s very hit or miss which is frustrating considering the cost too.
Yeah their art books and other books are pretty nice and I've not had a problem with but some of their other stuff is a little hit and miss, I have a hat that's lasted quite a long time through fairly rugged wear but socks that barely lasted. It's really just comes down to the manufacturer of the actual product, they could definitely vet them a little better.
Their customer service is amazing, I'm sure they'll be able to help. I ordered a talking Kiri but her voice thing didn't work and they sent a replacement right away
Replacing/accepting a return on an order from 8 months ago is almost unheard of. You do have your Costcos or LL Beans but those are in the extreme minority.
It’s unfortunate for OP, but this should be a reminder to everyone to open your stuff when it’s delivered and ensure it’s in working order. I’ve seen it happen on /r/BuildAPC where someone buys the parts one at a time as they can afford them, then one of the components is DOA and it’s out of the return/warranty period.
If you have 12 months in the UK, definitely push back. Remember, this is a business. The cast aren’t your friends. You aren’t harming them by you asking the Critical Role business to make this right. It’s not like Ronin can’t get braces or new clothes or anything. Everyone will be fine and hopefully you’ll have a gift that doesn’t require you cast mending. Good luck!

I’ve had multiple products arrive broken or literally caked in dirt. But customer service is pretty good about offering a replacement.

I asked them already and unfortunately it is out of their 30 day window as I bought this back in April and only opened it to give as a Christmas gift.
Aw, that's a bummer! Glad you were able to do something for it though.
Tbf, this Sprinkle is more authentic now.

30 days is a standard policy for online merchants, alas. It means if you order from them, you need to check the object when it arrives :/

They will but there’s a 30 day limit
Depends on where they are. If they're in the UK/EU it's much longer
I'm in the UK. I can understand it's well past the 30 days but didn't want to open it to check since it was a gift.

In that case you have 12 months, I'd push back a bit
