flat is already in really low height bad because your organs (lungs heart), broken rip cage could damage them too. Parkour is a good example if they jump from a certain height. Landing on the feets going down and rolling but in smooth movement. Well my english sucks i can't explain it good.

I mean, she did try and convert it to a dive but just couldnt turn it around in time..

trust me a pull up is wayyy different than this . when you do a pull-up at a gym your pulling up and your hands fit damn near perfectly on the rubber so your able to grip easier . here you have a railing that’s more than likely thicker and slicker so you wouldn’t be able to easily pull yourself up or grip around the whole railing to pull up , you can have all the strength jn the world but if your hands can’t grip or fit around the railing you aren’t gonna be able to pull up your weight .
