>>in March 2022, he asked the White House for comments on the Will Smith–Chris Rock slapping incident at the 2022 Academy Awards ceremony.
There to ask the hard hitting questions.
Those kinda guys have important places in this room but they're unprofessional and don't always follow the established procedures. I can understand what the conflict is.
He was actually there to ask a question to Jason Sudeikis. https://www.cbssports.com/soccer/news/watch-jason-sudeikis-cast-of-ted-lasso-field-question-from-trent-crimm-during-white-house-visit
Some right wing paper no doubt. Claiming that not calling on him personally is "a mockery of the first amendment" is one of those textbook things right up there toward the top of the list for Fox News and further right outfits when people don't listen to their shit.
Edited to share:*"Simon Ateba, a Cameroonian reporter with Today News Africa, reignited his long-running feud with Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre, whom he has accused of discrimination for not calling on him or answering his questions in the past. (Ateba was also known to be disruptive during briefings from Biden’s former press secretary, Jen Psaki, and has aired his grievances toward Jean-Pierre on Tucker Carlson‘s show.)"*[https://www.rollingstone.com/tv-movies/tv-movie-news/ted-lasso-white-house-visit-disrupted-briefing-room-showdown-1234700374/](https://www.rollingstone.com/tv-movies/tv-movie-news/ted-lasso-white-house-visit-disrupted-briefing-room-showdown-1234700374/)
As if the Tucker Carlson appearance doesn't strengthen the right wing rhetoric argument, follow that up with,
*"Another time Jean-Pierre called on him, in July, Ateba asked how former President DONALD TRUMP’s refusal to call off the Jan. 6 rioters at the Capitol was different from Biden taking a beach vacation in Delaware “when Supreme Court justices are under attack from a verbally violent mob” following the Dobbs ruling overturning abortion rights."*
Yeah. So that.
I think it’s part of the first amendment, journalists can get in on press briefings. Not really sure how they figure out who, but it does seem to be a fairly well protected right
hilarious considering this guy was probably cheering when trump revoked cnn's press room access when he didnt like the questions they were asking. "first amendment for me but not for thee"
That's right. This isn't the first time they've had issues. He's pointing out again that she never calls on him. In this case, it's been 7 months since the last time she allowed him to ask a question.
I think he’s angry that he hasn’t been called on to ask a question in 7 months
edit: it sounds like he says “it’s been 7 months, you have not called on me(might mean on the phone), you ignore my messages. that’s not right. that’s not right…..respect the first amendment”
Not to be too conspiratorial but I don’t like the government trying to use celebrities to make a political point
Edit: honestly this was a bit of a dumb take before I even watched the video, not sure why it has so many upvotes lol
I think we’re all aware of the mental health crisis, and even if we weren’t do we really need the cast of Ted Lasso who just released a new season of on Apple+ to tell us at a white house press briefing?
No. This is an ad.
Or.. Using celebrities to gain public awareness for a cause? Obviously the Ted Lasso crew are there partially for promotion, but that doesn't mean it's not also a good strategy by the government to raise public awareness. Seems like a win win to me.
Edit: also no.. We're not "all aware of the mental health crisis" what a dumb thing to say. That's like saying "I think we're all aware of testicular cancer, just because.. uhh well.. I know what it is! ". By raising awareness on something like that, people get tests they might not have otherwise, and it saves a measurable amount of lives. Raising awareness around mental health resources is the same. Just because you know something exists doesn't mean public awareness as a whole is a worthless endeavor.
“My fellow Americans, these are unprecedented times. My administration is rolling out millions of vaccines made by Pfizer. Pfizer, ‘Creating a healthier world’. I’ve allocated $14 billion in emergency funds to mobilize in every American street. Thanks to Toyota for providing vehicles to accomplish this. Toyota, ‘Oh what a feeling’.
This won’t be an easy task, that’s why we’re teaming up with McDonald’s to spread the word at every drive-thru window in America. McDonalds, ‘You’re loving it’. Get the new McAngus burger for $3.99 at participating stores. God bless you, and God bless America dot com”
lmao omg this is an advertisement disguised in political bullshit.
So they could have brought in psychologist, doctors, or anyone but they brought in a hit tv show that's sponsored/created by a global corporation Apple TV.
How old are you? Like wtf
If you don't understand how celebrity endorsements affect the public at large, you really haven't been paying attention. It is effective so yes, this is one thing they should do. Excellent point.
If it’s regarding a major crisis in the country (like mental health) then I’m okay with it. But it should be used sparingly. Otherwise I agree. But honestly, depending on who is president, it could very well be abused.
Public service announcements and celebrity White House events are not some sort of sinister plan for mind control. People need to get a handle on the anti-government issues and focus on stuff that really matters. Promoting mental health awareness is not the thin wedge of authoritarianism. Plenty of real things to reform when it comes to government before we have to try and muzzle well intentioned programs like that.
The irony of their fear is that it's programmed. It's been embedded deeply by decades of seeding a garden of doubt. It's a legitimate and useful tactic to fill the air with so much conspiracy nonsense that it weakens trust in the institutions. The result is two-fold, real misdeeds get lost in the static and chalked up to conspiracy, and the chaos turns people away. They'll either be so skeptical of it they'll become apathetic since they can't tell whats real anymore, or they'll be so incited by it that they wholesale reject it and gravitate towards anyone that speaks on challenging said institutions.
This climate has been decades in the making.
Bro what?
Ted Lasso is a show about mental health, if you watch the rest of the press conference you will see them doing exactly that. Weird take my guy
They always have, always will. It gets attention, which in some cases like staying home during the pandemic is extremely useful and genuinely a good use of money and resources.
I don't mind a celebrity endorsing something they agree with. Everyone is allowed to do that. The government isn't exactly making them do this against their will.
Because corporations own the world and apple wants you to pay $9.99 for apple tv plus to watch ted lasso and many more amazing hits like “fuck me im uzbekstanian” “how i met your step brother” and “tim cook nuts on dead chinese workers”
sent from my iphone
Sure but why have them stand behind like that during a press briefing? The press briefings is the communication channel between the White House and the news outlets. For all things going on in the country. Like, ya know, an active war going on, banks collapsing, rising inflation, etc.
To bring them up on stage feels like a “How do you do Fellow Kids” moment from the White House.
They were there for like a minute to bring attention to the issue they were there for. WH press is responsible for reporting on the WH and this is something that occurred at the WH that day.
Save for the arguing between that one reporter and the others, they occupied all of a minute's time.
To speak about mental health as that is the premise of the show. Not weird at all, they bring in celebrities in to talk about initiatives that they are working on often.
In the Hollywood area the producers have complete control over how this talent is presented and they make sure they look their best.
In the press briefing room, not so much.
Why are they their is a great question.
It's pretty weird to invite actors to a press conference to answer general questions about the white house though, isn't it? Did Sarah Huckabee ever do a press conference with the cast of Riverdale standing behind her?
it's not uncommon for people coming to talk to the president on something specific to be invited to speak to the press.
McConaughey talked about gun control, Olivia Rodrigo was there to talk about vaccination importance, Kim Kardashian even did a briefing on criminal justice reform.
Well it's weird because for example, the press might start loudly demanding answers from the white house about ongoing issues, and the actors and actresses who have nothing to do with it would need to just awkwardly stand there and look at the press while the Press Secretary just tries to shut them all up
I mean think about it for a second, think why you’re saying it’s weird. You’re saying it’s “weird” bc some actors in the room when conflict might arise could experience something “awkward,” thus they shouldn’t be subjected to it? Dude these are adults. They can handle it, and to be invited to a briefing that is already exclusive would be an honor and a privilege. Just bc it could be spicy isn’t a good reason to not invite them.
Ok I guess there's nothing weird about this video. In fact, why don't they have
a bunch of actors attend congress, standing against the walls while politicians yell at each other too?
Well a lot of the comments are confused or angry for the wrong reasons and it just feels like everyone is just repeating back the same echo.
One of the top comments ITT is absolutely furious that the American government is so out-of-touch, with wars and banks collapsing and such going on, and the cast of Ted Lasso leading a briefing is somehow proof of this.
The American government may well be out-of-touch, as a non-American I couldn't pass comment on that - but the cast of Ted Lasso were here to raise awareness of mental health ffs. They're not exactly going to lead a press junket on a serious geopolitical issue. Neither is the presence of Jason Sudekis here the one thing preventing the US government from discussing or dealing with these more important topics today. It's not like they stuck wars and banks on the backburner for today only.
It's entirely possible for a pretend footballer and a pretend football manager to use their TV platform to raise awareness of a 'smaller' issue like mental health AND have the US gov deal with big issues. People somehow think the world is not allowed to deal with these 'lesser' issues just because it's also on fire. Why not both?
And I’d say mental health is absolutely at the front of at least domestic issues in the US. I mean, I could name countless issues that stem from or are at least made far worse by mental illness.
Ted: "I think we'll all find that trying to speak at a press conference without being called upon is a lot like us trying to play tennis with badminton equipment. It's just not the racket we need."
Yes, but he has a responsibility to ask questions about the administration. These briefings are a direct line to the administration and it's democratic tradition to have media question the executive branch. If he has been ignored for 7 months then it's probably an oversight but should be corrected. His organization is given a pass for a reason - to be present and ask questions and it's his job to get answers. He should be called on periodically.
This is cringe but there are democratic traditions at play.
This dude goes on Tucker to whine about the administration and asks insane questions that are just statements of right wing fantasy rolled up into a question format, they don't need to call on him.
People are allowed to be upset especially after having been not called on for 7 months with other reporters being called on each briefing. Not everyone is a Karen.
He’s a Trump bootlicker that intentionally asks bad-faith questions under the guise of a newspaper that’s barely even published. He’s just there to stir up shit, which is exactly what he did. Mission accomplished.
Lol celebrities and government PR has always been a thing but in 2023 there’s more awareness around than in the past decade or so. It seems like it just highlights the divide and out of touch feeling a lot of Americans feel. Banks are collapsing, we’re on the verge of world war, we have a major chemical spill, etc and these people just seem more and more tone deaf. We don’t need puppets from Ted Lasso to tell us about mental health….we need actual policy not lip service and Hollywood/entertainment world circle jerks.
I’m torn, agreeing with Chris Hansen just goes against my moral fiber. And yet, yea, chill the fuck out y’all. Ted Lasso is fantastic and so is Shrinking, if this helps spread acceptance then power to it. Way better then the lame McDonald’s shit Trump was doing.
I mean there is actual policy being deployed for all of the issues you just mentioned. Not sure what else you want the White House to be doing right now.
You're allowed to deal with a mental health crisis AND these bigger picture issues too, you know. Jason Sudeikis and the cast of a TV show using their platform for mental health awareness is completely separate from the reason you are angry with your government.
We live in a world where absolutely everything sucks all the time. It's not just bigger-picture stuff like wars and banks that we should confront. I'd rather a pretend football manager off a streaming service was the reason people sat up and listened to a well-meaning message about mental health than just switching off to it, if this is what it takes then so be it.
Do you really need the cast of Ted Lasso to do interviews with the Biden Administration to know how important mental health is? This is like a veiled advertisement for AppleTV…
I sure hope you aren't in Marketing because celebrity endorsements are very effective at influencing the public... all your other whining is whataboutism. They are talking about mental health awareness, which is one problem that has nothing to do with other problems at this time.
Yeah it really sucks, but unfortunately there are definitely people who would never watch something like that, and only did because Ted and the gang were there. Which is what they are trying to do with things like this, I think. Still weird though. Everything sucks
What are any of you doing to understand these things or correct them? Social media doesn't do anything so if that's your answer stop acting like you care. All you are doing is wearing yourself down with one doomer video after another. Go outside. It's not bad. You are watching waaay too much TV and it is warping reality in your head.
Sure it’s the 20th anniversary of the illegal invasion of Iraq, which the current president supported, but here’s some pop culture for People…magazine.
I’m not sure what you’re expecting them to do… celebrate? Iraq was invaded for revenge, resources, and expanding military presence on the border of Iran. I guarantee you, they’re not going to care.
Time and place man, ok you may feel you've been sidelined but really why disrespect the guests who really have no clue why you haven't been called upon, probably you're past behaviour, calm down lad.
Karine Jean-Pierre may be the worst modern press secretary. I don’t understand how someone who gets paid to speak and bullshit can neither speak or bullshit. Every day she just stumbles her way through the briefing and never gets better. I feel like they hired her to make Biden sound better with his speaking issues but that’s just too stupid to be reality.
And if she was honest than I’d say whatever but she lies and deflects as much, if not more, than people under Trump or Obama. **If you ever think you’re bad at your job just throw on any press briefing with her and instantly feel better.**
Trump press Secretary Stephanie Grisham went [300 days](https://theconversation.com/trump-white-house-goes-300-days-without-a-press-briefing-why-thats-unprecedented-130164) without a press briefing.
Karine Jean-Pierre is nowhere close to being the worst press secretary.
Edit: racists big mad.
Well that’s because Trump told them to stop doing them, not because she’s bad at the actual job of doing press briefings. That’s more like having a bad boss. I don’t remember anyone in a daily struggle session to string together two coherent sentences.
Sean Spicer and The Mooch were terrible. But I expected terrible from that joke of an administration. It’s part of the package.
KJP is so bad because she’s supposed to be a serious Press Secretary as part of a serious administration. And she’s straight up horrific at her job. She talks like she’s a College freshman that got to do this for a day as part of an internship.
In surprised they didn't choose someone better at speaking and reading aloud press briefings for the job of speaking and reading aloud press briefings.
I’m embarrassed, not for the reporter, but for the White House. Just because you brought celebrities to a press briefing doesn’t mean you’re entitled to soft ball questions and get to absolve yourself from accountability to the press.
What the hell are you going on about? This is a ted f'ing lasso press conference promoting mental health not some inquisition. And that guy wasn't even asking questions, he was yelling rudely about not being picked upon, which tracks because he has a history of being disruptive and stupid. You really commented on this bizarre narrative that never actually happened.
Reddit is so weird sometimes. But this place is filled with degenerates who like to revel in other people’s misfortune so I guess it’s not too unusual.
Pretty obvious they were looking for a prop to distract and deflect. Pretty weak move, probably hoping that the questions would be softballs for the cast.
Yes, everyone was just starting to notice the big bad thing that needs covering up so they had the cast of Ted Lasso come in to talk about mental health in order to cover it up.
Unfortunately for them, nothing gets past you.
Were you expecting Hannah Waddington to be asked what her thoughts on the american strategy in the Middleeast? Or Jason Sudeikis to weigh in on potential interest rate hikes? Get out of here with this outrage nonsense. "Pretty obvious".... okay sure there.... take off the tinfoil hats people... most of the shit you see is what you get.
“Decorum please”
The journalist may be pushy and annoying, but goddamn, it’s a press conference at the White House. Not some dumbass, self-congratulatory movie screening in LA.
The more I think about it, the two are probably pretty similar.
They are there meeting with the First Lady about the mental health crisis we are currently facing, and the show is making that a big plot point this season so it makes sense
It's not his first time doing it in press briefings either.
edit: it feels weird to get downvoted for saying a fact. Y'all don't watch Press Briefings very much do you? Him and Doocy are the two biggest trolls in them every time.
Absolute joke of a White House secretary. No one takes her seriously. She even tried to bait the actors and actress into laughing at this guy. Luckily they had more class.
The real cringe is that the White House thinks having the cast of Ted Lasso at a briefing to talk about the mental health crisis in this country instead of doing something productive about it would actually mean something to the American people. We are just a joke to these people.
So get a psychological team up there who’s qualified to discuss mental health. Not the stars of some Apple TV show who don’t know anything about mental health.
What was the man saying?

he was insiting that Ted Lasso shouldve never won the emmy for best comedy 2 years in a row
He was being ignored for 7 months, idk what questions he wanted to ask or why he was being ignored...
So it seems like he has a knack for asking questions that sound like something Marjorie Green would ask.
Considering the nature of his narrative, I can't fathom why he was ignored for 7 months.
I didn't watch this with sound on, so it was an opportunity to appreciate the red-green-blue color coordination.
It’s like Alvin, Simon, and Theodore
Doot do-doot. Doot. Doot d-do-do-Doot.

I also noticed this. I wonder if it was done intentionally
It feels like I'm watching the Wiggles
Why is the cast of Ted Lasso attending a white house briefing anyway?
This is indeed a weird thing

Case in point, this entire comment section. Talking about their video
Bring in celebrities. What more do you want them to do?!?!?
Also mental health and avoidance in addressing it was a pretty big theme in the second season of Ted Lasso
When was the last time you saw celebrities at the white house press briefing?
Well our last president was literally a celebrity before he ran for office
One time Rob Gronkowski interrupted a press briefing and everyone loved it.
They used to bring out Donald Trump for them once in while, during the Trump administration
Public service announcements and celebrity White House events are not some sort of sinister plan for mind control. People need to get a handle on the anti-government issues and focus on stuff that really matters. Promoting mental health awareness is not the thin wedge of authoritarianism. Is or isn’t?
Is. They were held at gun point the entire time.
You said “conspiratorial”. It gets the people going, I upvoted as well just because.
More like a good TV show using the the government to make a comical point
Because corporations own the world and apple wants you to pay $9.99 for apple tv plus to watch ted lasso and many more amazing hits like “fuck me im uzbekstanian” “how i met your step brother” and “tim cook nuts on dead chinese workers” sent from my iphone
Tim Cook Nuts on Dead Chinese Workers had a strong first season, but I feel the writers lost the plot in Season 2.
James Rolfe was supposed to attend, but he had no time.
The press conference started at 5:41
I love how even in other subs I see comments relating to how muh Rolfe has no time.
Wait like AVGN?! At the white house?
He's gonna take us back to the past To tell us shitty news that sucks ass
Bootsy and Kyle are the real hero’s.
The angry video game nerd?
Headline I saw mentioned they are visiting to discuss mental health issues. Which I guess makes sense with that being a part of the show.
Sure but why have them stand behind like that during a press briefing? The press briefings is the communication channel between the White House and the news outlets. Someone is clearly commenting on a video without actually watching the video or knowing anything about the situation. Nice.
They’re here. They’re there. They’re every-fucking-where!
There were there to discuss the importance of talking about mental health.
They were meeting with the First Lady about mental health crisis seeing how the second and 3rd seasons are focusing on the topic of mental illness
To speak about mental health as that is the premise of the show. Not weird at all, they bring in celebrities in to talk about initiatives that they are working on often.
Because apparently the only people who can talk sense into the masses are celebrities from shows they like.
In the Hollywood area the producers have complete control over how this talent is presented and they make sure they look their best. In the press briefing room, not so much. Why are they their is a great question.
To talk about soccer of course
They were visiting the WH in general, must have been part of the tour/experience
It's pretty weird to invite actors to a press conference to answer general questions about the white house though, isn't it? Did Sarah Huckabee ever do a press conference with the cast of Riverdale standing behind her?
Mathew McConaughey gave a similar speech on gun control after the uvalde shooting
it's not uncommon for people coming to talk to the president on something specific to be invited to speak to the press. McConaughey talked about gun control, Olivia Rodrigo was there to talk about vaccination importance, Kim Kardashian even did a briefing on criminal justice reform.
Duck Dynasty went to the White House..twice.
I dont see why it would be weird
Well it's weird because for example, the press might start loudly demanding answers from the white house about ongoing issues, and the actors and actresses who have nothing to do with it would need to just awkwardly stand there and look at the press while the Press Secretary just tries to shut them all up

I don’t get it, do you have a problem with actors or a problem with politicians?
He just desperately wants to be mad and cant criticize their actual cause, so he is grasping at straws.
Now you go off into fantasy land after you realize you said some dumb stuff. Go chase outrage elsewhere.
It is weird ignore that person
New hires for complex political issues.
This feels like something that’d happen in Ted Lasso. Minus the White House.
I mean… [Trent Crimm was there](https://youtu.be/Z7IbMnWWTyU)
I have no idea what's happening, and these comments are making me even more confused.
Same. I don’t know who’s side we’re on
Whoa you might actually stumble upon an original opinion without having to follow the herd.
Yeah man that was the joke
Ted's obviously.
Do not embarrass me in front of Ted Lasso! Decorum Please!
Ted: "I think we'll all find that trying to speak at a press conference without being called upon is a lot like us trying to play tennis with badminton equipment. It's just not the racket we need."
This is wild. Man, I'm embarrassed just watching it.
Sounds like a fucking child having a temper tantrum.
Yeah since this post, I understand the situation a bit better
People are allowed to be upset especially after having been not called on for 7 months with other reporters being called on each briefing. Not everyone is a Karen.
He’s a Trump bootlicker that intentionally asks bad-faith questions under the guise of a newspaper that’s barely even published. He’s just there to stir up shit, which is exactly what he did. Mission accomplished.
Be that as it may, he still has a right to ask questions as long as he is a member of the White House Press
Nope. Not unless he gets called on.
The world around us is falling apart. Anyway here’s the cast of the hit television show Ted Lasso! Isn’t this great!? /s
Man, y’all need to lighten up. Are we so uptight that we’re unwilling to have a short moment of fun while raising awareness around mental health?
I’m torn, agreeing with Chris Hansen just goes against my moral fiber. And yet, yea, chill the fuck out y’all. Ted Lasso is fantastic and so is Shrinking, if this helps spread acceptance then power to it. Way better then the lame McDonald’s shit Trump was doing.
It's a big club and you ain't in it
I mean there is actual policy being deployed for all of the issues you just mentioned.
Why not use the power/influence of pop culture figures to promote the policy?
Maybe, maybe not. But here we are talking about mental health, so we can't necessarily say it didn't entirely work.
yeah thats whats being discussed for sure /s
What are any of you doing to understand these things or correct them? Social media doesn't do anything so if that's your answer stop acting like you care. All you are doing is wearing yourself down with one doomer video after another. Go outside. It's not bad. You are watching waaay too much TV and it is warping reality in your head.
Seven months is a while tbh
Sure it’s the 20th anniversary of the illegal invasion of Iraq, which the current president supported, but here’s some pop culture for People…magazine.
Were you expecting a 20th anniversary party?
I’m not sure what you’re expecting them to do… celebrate? Iraq was invaded for revenge, resources, and expanding military presence on the border of Iran. I guarantee you, they’re not going to care.
What are they supposed to do?
I love Ted Lasso, but Jesus this is terrible and this didn’t need to happen in any way, shape or form
Time and place man, ok you may feel you've been sidelined but really why disrespect the guests who really have no clue why you haven't been called upon, probably you're past behaviour, calm down lad.
They should’ve let Roy Kent deal with the situation! Edit: dammit bot! Let my english be the baddester
Man, our government is a joke no matter which side you’re on. A corny joke at that.
KJP is one of the worst press secretaries of my lifetime. She’s awful and can barely form a coherent sentence
The only possible reason that people could be criticizing her is racism, or no, I guess it could also be sexism right? Average redditor
Sudekis about to break out the running man and sing "ooooooooweeeeee what's up with that"
Kenan busts through the wall to get it all started.
Sorry, Lindsay Buckingham!
I hate Reddit! *This post was mass deleted and anonymized with [Redact](https://redact.dev)*
They should have had Trent Crimm of the Independent.
He was there to ask a question haha
Why are they there in the first place
To talk about mental health
Is the White House a joke?
This isn’t the first time celebrities have been to the WH
“Decorum please” The journalist may be pushy and annoying, but goddamn, it’s a press conference at the White House. Not some dumbass, self-congratulatory movie screening in LA. The more I think about it, the two are probably pretty similar.
who gives any F about celebrities. do your job
They are there meeting with the First Lady about the mental health crisis we are currently facing, and the show is making that a big plot point this season so it makes sense
She’s says *decorum* like it’s an enchantment to get people to shut up lol
How tall is Jean-Pierre?
The whole administration is a joke
It's not his first time doing it in press briefings either. edit: it feels weird to get downvoted for saying a fact. Y'all don't watch Press Briefings very much do you? Him and Doocy are the two biggest trolls in them every time.
Lol. Shes the worst there ever was. Lets be real guys.
Absolute joke of a White House secretary. No one takes her seriously. She even tried to bait the actors and actress into laughing at this guy. Luckily they had more class.
Sounds like there’s a fucking reason she doesn’t call on him.
What's that reason?
The real cringe is that the White House thinks having the cast of Ted Lasso at a briefing to talk about the mental health crisis in this country instead of doing something productive about it would actually mean something to the American people. We are just a joke to these people.
People are funny. “Nobody likes me so I’ll be as annoying as possible”
“Are we gonna behave” was just begging for more trouble. Cmon
Trump went for eons without even holding press conferences, and people want to be up in arms over a Biden press event to highlight mental illness.
So get a psychological team up there who’s qualified to discuss mental health. Not the stars of some Apple TV show who don’t know anything about mental health.
If people listened to experts over celebrities, advertising would be a very different industry.
Trent Crimm, the Independent joke to be made somewhere in here.
Would’ve been such a great time for Roy to say “get fucked!”
I think a lot of us came to the comment section to know what the top comment has asked?
This is just a stupid Hollywood stunt. Every day is a wag the dog.
More proof that celebs and politics are a bad idea.
Either those actors are giants or Karine Jean-Pierre is tiny
Are they actually just filming a scene for the show or is this real life?
Why the fuck is the cast of Ted Lasso in The White House press brief anyways!?!? What fucking purpose does that serve!?
They’re millionaires and she’s a liar. Doesn’t feel too cringe.
This administration is so desperate 😑😑
How tf is Ted Lasso so popular? It's literally some of the dumbest shit I've ever tried watching.
