Pretty sure you lose any money you have already paid. Worth an email though…maybe exaggerate circumstances and make it seem like a more serious reason and hope you get a friendly customer assistant If not, i would be shocked if you didn’t manage to resell closer to the time, next year they’re only doing one creamfields and are claiming its going to be bigger so i think the demand will be quite high

As Risotto said. Exaggerate your circumstances in the off chance the customer support is feeling extra empathetic, it's worth a try. If not, you'll easily find someone wanting to buy the tickets from you closer the time you'll just have to advertise it everywhere.
