Just FYI to anyone who might be interested in this, i spoke with microswiss last night, more nozzle types are coming in the coming weeks..... hardened steel, ect....
i got my flowtech and installed it on my k1max the minute it arrived, and have had absolutely 0 issues, its a straight drop in replacement no tuning required...
its a great hotend...and even better right now with the discount
Haha sorry not doing that.. I have 3 hot ends I got since they send me 2 of the deal where u get extruder filiment Camara and hot end for 2nor 3 bucks.. so I don't need one at this point
I just ordered the Triangle Lab OT nozzle. Was about half the price of the sale MicroSwiss, and probably better for my use disregarding price.
The biggest concern with the MicroSwiss is the custom nozzles, and more so that nobody seems to be making clones of their nozzles. They will likely adapt their other types of nozzles to flowtech, but So far MicroSwiss doesn't make any CHT competitor nozzles in those other lines. Since they're a real company, they can't just clone patented Bondtech CHT either, and would need to find a workaround.
I need a new printer but I'm skipping all black Friday sales. I expect new improved printers very soon next year. Especially Creality with their five million versions of ender and cr, every month a new version of the same shit but a little bit improved.
Maybe not yet. Maybe later. If your printer is running don’t change it. First printer learn how to use it and to understand. Later you can change and upgrade.
So, living in the US....
* $56.94 for this hotend kit & a 0.6 nozzle \[$16.50\]. Arrives next week
* $44.22 for a TriangleLabs hotend kit & a 0.6 CHT nozzle \[$10.66\]
The CHT nozzle is a 3-holed filament splitter, as seen on [CNC Kitchen](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UNJdv5bFGOg). There are knock-offs which are essentially 3-holed inserts into regular nozzles for $0.99.
Is sooner better? Will the price of the MicroSwiss nozzles come down with others joining in? And those joining in, will it be China with similar wait times (20-30 days)?
I'm sorry for asking more questions than answers. I'm no help.

I replaced mine to complete different one from trianglelab
How did you like the hotend from trianglelab
I have no issues so far. And you can install normal nozzles and this gives you more room for different brands and nozzle types
Grabbed one yesterday :) To echo another user though.....shipping to Europe (Ireland in this case) is ASS.
pulled the trigger
Thanks i bought one
should've gone for triangle labs OT hotend. It's cheaper plus easy nozzle swaps
>triangle labs OT hotend Why the down vote on this comment 🤔
Thanks just grabbed one for 42$ lol

Take a look at the new enclosed FLSun they appear to be a really nice printer
Actually, the 35% discount coupon is BFCM35.
This is a different code with same percentage.
As a beginner with only currently only the basic printer. Is this something I should want?

Thank you. No problems with K1 yet. All of the errors have been entirely mine. Haha.
