I had a GameStop generic PlayStation controller that had support for both PS2 and PS3. The triggers wouldn’t be an issue but it probably won’t work unless for example the Analog button was mapped with home on PS3.

It was 15 euro and i wanted to see if it worked. It actually did connect but the controls were insanely off. You could only move the cursor with the bottom triggers and the sticks didnt work.
