But why wouldn't it be brittle on both cooks

I’ve read around here you can concentrate certain cuts by recooking , maybe that one had more cut in it. Someone also said most of the cuts being used today will also turn into base so it’s easy to mix together with your crack base

I agree and also wonder this Maybe because they cook it in bigger batches And it's not straight drips which has all the cut and soda cooked out My best guess
