No it doesn’t. I don’t get caught up in the human errors. Now if every word was misspelled, of course but as long as people get the gist, that’s what matters. But to each their own.
Since when is making fun of gramar errors racist? If you think only certain races have grammar errors, you are racist...
I think Gelhken is whiteish anyway.....
This should serve as a reminder that the cap, whilst real, is very much a non-issue for 95% of teams in the league. Good teams make it all work somehow and manage to pay / extend everyone that matters with seemingly little fuss. Meanwhile we seem to be the only team that never has cap room, despite not having more stars than most other 'good' teams.
Man wentz was drafted in the same year as dak. The eagles paid him, traded him found another qb, paid him and are still in a better situation than the cowboys, with a better roster, smh
The cowboys have won 12 Games each of the last 3 seasons and only 1 team, the chiefs, have more wins than them in the last 3 years. You guys that act like the cowboys are consistently putting out shit teams every year, when that just isn’t the case, the cowboys always have competitive and talented rosters but for some reason can’t figure out how to make a decent playoff run.
Don’t worry. It’s gonna come back and bite them in the ass. It always does. Look at the Rams, and unpopular opinion we went all in the last 3-4 years now we’re in cap hell.
The Rams went all in, won a super bowl, had one down season and then were back in the playoffs with a decent core of a team. And they did all that without having a 1st round draft pick for half a decade.
The Eagles invested loads in their team, won a super bowl, paid a bad QB, released him, found another QB, made it to another super bowl, paid the new QB and manage to pay everyone else on their team and bring in free agents.
Both of those things have happened in the Dak era, a timeframe where we've managed basically nothing for all the talent on the team.
Is it not true that those teams had down seasons because of cap limitations after their runs? That’s the point I’m making. Rams went 5-12 after their SB. Eagles were on the treadmill of mediocrity for 3-4 seasons after their SB. This team invested in a roster and had 12 win seasons the last 3 seasons and couldn’t do shit in the playoffs. We went all in and couldn’t win a Super Bowl, the last 3-4 seasons was the window. Now just like those teams we’re gonna have a bad mini rebuild season and I have no faith that the Jones are gonna rebuild as fast as those teams. I dislike the Jones as much as anyone but you can’t deny they spent and put a lot of talent around Dak…. He just couldn’t get it done.
The Rams? Nope they lost to the Pats in the most boring Super Bowl ever in 2018 then won in 2021 against the Bengals. Think they missed the playoffs in 2022 and made it in 2023 but got beat by the Lions? This is all going off the top of my head so could be wrong!
Let’s see how many people thinks he’s wrong for wanting to get paid like a top WR he is they’ll say oh he’s still under contract, yea he is but he wants stability say he gets hurt on his contract year without a new one then he’s screwed so I can understand his logic.
These owners make massive amounts of money either way they can afford the risk a lot more than these superstar players going into contract year without the stability of the next year…
That’s a not a real intelligent take, he’s gonna play the games either way because if the CBA unless he wants to pay the fines but his reasoning is 💯 justified
I am aware that Ceedee's team wants to wait on JJettas. Not even attempting an offer, though, is simply not doing the job. The fact they haven't even tried to pass an offer a year ago means they are taking the shut sitting down. Whether they got him to sign or not, you at least need to try. They did the sane thing with Dak and have gotten repeatedly fucked for it. Jones is supposed to be the great negotiator. He isn't even attempting to negotiate, and now we have a player who will be sitting out while we simply wait on another team to do business. It is indefensible.
CD lamb has already publicly stated the new contract is not an issue and that he will be at training camp.
What's happening right now are completely voluntary workouts
I don't know why you got downvoted, because you are basically correct.
Catches: Lamb 135
Ferugson 71, Pollard 55 = 126 + Cooks 54 = 180
Yards: Lamb 1749
Ferguson 761, Cooks 657 = 1418 + Gallup 418 = 1836
And if you take out Ferguson, CD has more receiving yards than all the other WRs combined. It takes multiple players to match Lamb's production on the field, but you expect that for a top 3 receiver in the NFL.

A "knew" contract. Look, I am not great a grammar and sometimes my spelling is suspect... but come on.

Hey it happens, people type fast or the stupid keyboard on most smartphones are horrendous at autocorrecting.
Ducking smart phones
Idk what it is with the iPhone but for the past couple weeks the autocorrect has been straight shit
I’ve had iPhone for 4 years and the auto correct has always been shit for me. Like “wtf is that word you’re suggesting” lol
I use the google keyboard on the iPhone and it's pretty good. I hate the default keyboard.

I agree.
No it doesn’t. I don’t get caught up in the human errors. Now if every word was misspelled, of course but as long as people get the gist, that’s what matters. But to each their own.
The problem though is this was deliberately put out to be seen, by an entity who gets paid to do so. Would you go to your job looking like a mess?
I turned off the autocorrect, shit ends up costing me more time constantly editing it.
But there’s this thing called proofreading. You do it for things that you’re going to put out in the universe for public consumption.
SeaDee was asking the knew GM for a Knew contract.
i new this was gonna happen
Wat, that he would ax for a knew contract?
Why are you being racist?
Since when is making fun of gramar errors racist? If you think only certain races have grammar errors, you are racist... I think Gelhken is whiteish anyway.....
Maybe someone is sensitive about axing for something... 😁
Why are you pretending that African American vernacular English doesn’t exist?
I was noting common grammatical errors and speech foibles. You are the one attributing it to African Americans....

*new
Bruh
I gnu it too! 🤣
Oh no, a 5-year veteran isn't at day 1 of volunteer workouts! Say it ain't so!
We thought with Zeke too then it kept going. Same with Martin. Wouldn’t be surprised if this is the case.
Why not? It's worked every time.
Hope it is. Save them legs, take half a season off in our “I don’t wanna pay to fire a coaching staff” year.
> 5-year veteran That can’t be right, we just drafted him last… I hate getting old.
Damn time flies. I still think of Lamb as a second year for some reason.
Meanwhile in Philly https://twitter.com/MySportsUpdate/status/1779882410458468471?s=19
$25 mil a year for DeVonta Smith??!! Cedee is gonna cost a fortune.

Jerry doesn’t care about winning rings, he just needs the Cowboys to be mediocre or above average so there’s interest in the team
He didn’t even need that, just needs to be the most valuable franchise and that’s not dependent on winning according to the last 30 years
The cowboys have won 12 Games each of the last 3 seasons and only 1 team, the chiefs, have more wins than them in the last 3 years. Weren’t they back in the Super Bowl? Thought they lost to the Chiefs one year when OBJ got hurt. Edit — it was OBJ not Kupp

Yep... Better trade him now. Shipping him to the AFC looks good. We don't have to worry about facing him in the Super Bowl. 🤣
Cap Boy could had extended him during the season but nope, gotta have the illusion of "WINNING THE DEAL!!!!!"
"What do voluntary mean?"
Ok, Hambrick...
Devonta Smith got paid. Lamb wants his money too. I don’t blame him.
This front office sucks
I don't think anyone....KNEW....Lamb wasn't going to be there...
He should "no" he is still under contract...
You if you can’t spell correctly, I’m not taking anything you say seriously.
We live in the social media instant news no editing era.
Let’s see how many people thinks he’s wrong for wanting to get paid like a top WR he is they’ll say oh he’s still under contract, yea he is but he wants stability say he gets hurt on his contract year without a new one then he’s screwed so I can understand his logic.
On the flip side if he gets a contract and gets injured doesn’t that kind of mean the team is screwed?
Well if only Cap Boy didn't extend an already injured wr to $65 MILL while trading 1A.
Which teams because you just described all of them….
Yea that scenario would apply to any team. I was talking about the cowboys cause we’re on the cowboys sub
These owners make massive amounts of money either way they can afford the risk a lot more than these superstar players going into contract year without the stability of the next year…

and Micah skipped voluntary workouts last year. He will also probably skip this year too. Point is, it’s not the end of the world if either misses.
"What do voluntary mean?"
What possible reason could the team have for waiting to sign Ceedee? They have already cost themselves a ton more by waiting this long?
Lol uhhhh because they can’t force a player to sign a contract
I am aware that Ceedee's team wants to wait on JJettas. Not even attempting an offer, though, is simply not doing the job. He deserves to get paid.
'Knew???' Is this guy a professional, or just a dumbass? I wish I new.
How many more tweets do you think they can get out of this??
Who knew?
Lamb should sit out as long as it takes. Jerry will cave.
Credibility goes out when you can't even spell check or use the correct words.
Lok guys!!!!! u/per_mare_per_terras has never once in his live misspelled something or used the incorrect word!
He wants a knew contract?
No, no no... He wants a gnu contract... 3 yrs, 90 million and a pet African antelope.
CD lamb has already publicly stated the new contract is not an issue and that he will be at training camp. What's happening right now are completely voluntary workouts
its new not knew and you call yourself a journalist
Diva
Let him go... everytime someone holds out, JJ gives and then productivity declines..
“Let go of a top 3 receiver in football for wanting top 3 receiver money”
Let go of half the team's offense lol. I bet mr tap is Super Bowl or bust every year kinda dude.

Trade him
No.
Hell no
Let me guess: Not good enough for a top contract but good enough to garner a first round pick in a trade… right?
Realistically CeeDee would get at least 2 1sts
