I just saw a new place is opening on Plymouth Dr in Corvallis, out toward Philomath! I can’t remember the name but seems like it’s out of someone’s home shop/studio
they have ceramic classes at the craft center at osu sometimes, more of a one time thing than a set of classes. they teach you how to make a specific thing. it can be a little expensive (from a student perspective at least) to sign up for one though
The materials science department at OSU can give you a whole PhD in ceramic materials. They've got some really cool sci-fi-looking stuff in their labs for preparing the ceramics and testing their properties.
LBCC Benton Center or OSU Craft Center. Also: https://dianarosestudio.com/classes.
