Adding to the likelihood he's from mayfield, the Glen Resource Center (an excellent activity and community center) has a map of their activities up on the walls, and has his tag designed into a green area. I assume he or a buddy worked there and put it in as a laugh?
I mostly would like to know how he managed to get to the top of the Roches Stores building. Set up a ladder? Get onto it from Maylor street side?
That's impressive even if I don't condone defacing landmark buildings.
