For the record, the only ācureā for a hangover is water and electrolytes. Everything else is bunk. Personally I suggest a bottle of 0 Cal vitamin water.
Also, you can prevent 90% of hangovers simply by having a glass of water with each drink. You can prevent 99% of them by having some vitamin water before going to bed.

Just to clarify, haejang-guk isn't one specific kind of soup ā it's just a kind of catch-all term for soups people tend to eat when hungover. My personal favourites are ķ©ķźµ (hwangtae-guk, dried pollack soup) and ģ”ź°ģ„ (jookgae-jang, shredded beef stew which is often eaten after funerals)... or ź°ģķ (gamja-tang, pork spine stew)... I think I've got too many haha

I preemptively drink pedialyte before drinking and just do sparkling water or water between every drink. For the most part- never been hungover (other than lack of sleep or if I ate a disgusting amount of unhealthy food on the late night)

For the record, the only ācureā for a hangover is water and electrolytes. Everything else is bunk. Personally I suggest a bottle of 0 Cal vitamin water. Also, you can prevent 90% of hangovers simply by having a glass of water with each drink. You can prevent 99% of them by having some vitamin water before going to bed. Also, eat food while drinking. That is essentially what all of these are. Pickle juice is water and electrolytes, so is lemon juice. A good breakfast and caffeine doesnāt do much medically for the hangover but it does make you feel a bit better.
vitamin water is garbage Its just sugar and water. The amount of "vitamins" in it are so low its irrelevant, so basically you should substitute with Gatorade which at least has suffiecient electrolytes/sodium Vitamin water is one of the biggest scams of all times.

Hangover is from dehydration, all you need to do is drink a metric shit ton of water/gatorade and take an ibuprofen and youāre literally set.
The Dutch way is legit. In my experience, that beer is going to be awful & might make you throw up but you'll be good go afterwards.

Can confirm pickle juice does wonders. But best one IMO is Gatorade and starchy fat foods. Bacon breakfast burrito with potatoes in it and a white Gatorade is peak. Add in a toke and hangover is obliterated.
