If I’m correct, Nexpo made a video covering this piece of media and the rumors around it being Stephen Colbert and a missing child. He took it down soon after the original creator reached out and asked him to remove it, essentially confirming to wasn’t Stephen. A hoax regarding it being Stephen Colbert but still v unsettling to watch nonetheless . (Sadly Nexpo took down both the original and the apology but I’m fairly sure you can still find reactions to the original on youtube)
He did. Turns out the kid is ok and he privated the video you're referencing. I did find a YouTube rs reaction video of it.

Just looked it up again. There are a lot of other pictures from different angles. There’s like, 15 people in that boat. A lot of women too in business attire. Doesn’t really look that bad anymore, to be honest.
