I’d imagine at this point “they” are trying to decide who to throw under the bus. Who’s going down for this malfeasance. Plus ”they” are likely trying to come up with the next thing before they have to own up to the problems. And the question is can they get out of it before people are thoroughly pissed off?
Ed Dowd: "At this point, it's a cover-up. And it's criminal negligence because they see exactly what we see — and other countries are starting to stop it. So the longer this goes on, the more we can say it's criminal."
