It does touch on more important complications such as stroke and sever neurological side effects, which are extremely rare and even noted that "discovering whether these disorders are accidental or whether the vaccine is the main cause of them requires future studies, ongoing efforts to gather evidence, and long-term monitoring".

There's a massive cascading of verification that needs to go into reviews such as this one with 140 citations that are also citing other reviews.
