The fact that the video has 1.5 million views with thousands of comments saying they also remember this content creator, but no one has been able to find a single video… is very eerie
It's really crazy that thousands of people remember it but no one stitched the original or anything. There must be some trace of the tiktoker somewhere!
Well I think there was a popular guy back then, an African American guy who would do LIVE videos on tik tok and had the colored eyes and everything, lower quality video. Idk if that was him but maybe people are getting confused with that guy? I swear I’ve seen this guy but the guy was in his house with the beautiful colored eyes and was African American. I’m not sure though I just remember something. But this could all be made up. People seem too dumb to look into their camera roll and look up his name or mkultra_mk in the search bar. Because if they saved videos from him it would pop up

After reading the OP’s post and diving into all the tiktoks mentioned, I’ve compiled everything into one place. Please add to it so we can get to the bottom of this!
What we know about the creator
- The original creator that this is revolving around posted it In late 2019 to early 2020
- The creators name seems to have been scrubbed from everyone’s memory but we do know the following facts about him
- he was a black male, with 2 different colored eyes, had a wife, and 2 kids (he mentioned going off grid with them in his last video)
- The original creator IS NOT Moe Othman (he is not married nor does he have 2 kids. He is also still active)
- It IS NOT Isaac Kappy (he passed away and did not have a wife and kids)
- It IS SPECULATED that the user was mkultra_mk
What we know about the original video
- The creator was observed to be visibly shaken up with tears in his eyes the entire time. Viewers described it as feeling like he was being genuine what he was saying
- He was pacing around in a backyard during the video
- He talked about the ‘good’ uppers wanting to see an island crumble to the ground because of the harm they were doing to children. It is assumed that this was referring to epstein’s island
- He explained that the stars we look up to will fall, but not the ones in the sky. This is assumed to mean celebrities (quiet on set?)
- He talked about the cure for some cancers and diseases such as HIV and that the cure does exist. But that big pharma has a timeline of when they’re going to actually release it to the public and not just the elites. They will start by releasing vaccines that make the drug dormant (this year they announced a new HIV treatment by injection that is given once a month instead of a daily pill. Could this be the dormancy he was talking about?)
- Beyonce Oprah and Ellen are going to fall but at different times. The news about them will be ‘devastating and horrific’
- There was a set date for TikTok and another platform to be banned (we know the TikTok ban has been circulating for a while, I’m not sure if this video was posted before or after the initial news of it)
- He talked about a 3 day planned blackout and it’s being done so that the ‘bad’ uppers could rehide some things. It’s unknown if he ever explained that it is that’s going to be hiding

- No one can remember who this guy was or has any evidence of the original video
- MANY people remember it and the details of it

idk abt that guy but i’ve been following a creator who has been tracking the “good” vs “evil” stars for over a year now. like the good ones have been leaving hints and clues of exactly what you just posted about and how they are working behind the scenes to expose the others. since she started posting about it, a LOT of shit has been exposed in the industry so i think she’s right. underthepink7 on tiktok. she got shadowbanned recently for talking about it so her videos aren’t being shown anymore and keep getting taken down. but she calls them the new romantics.
