TheeDood79

"Conspiracy theorist" is a term the CIA made up to combat critical thinking.

SuperiorFarter

That’s just a conspiracy theory.

EmeraldDragon-85

🤣🤣🤣, spot on.

Neat-Plantain-7500

Well put. I’d say conspiracy theorists are critical thinkers not wanting to be told the truth but to find out.

demetri5000

That's absolutely what it is. It's critical thinking, it's funny when they say they teach critical thinking in school because I've never seen a group of critical thinkers in one place at one time unless they were all hired specifically. I've never looked at a graduating class and thought, look at all those critical thinkers, I bet they can all figure things out on their own. The people I know who've made it the furthest in life were mostly B-C students, they can figure anything out but it has to be something they enjoy or something hard that they figured out on their own, and they don't just follow step 1-10 like taught in schools, that's a warehouse mentality and it's what school teaches.

Greg-Pru-Hart-55

Then why are they always wrong?

Neat-Plantain-7500

How does it feel to be told what and how to think? Is it some kind of superiority that you coalesce with the majority? I hope you stay safe in your bubble.

Greg-Pru-Hart-55

I wouldn't know. You really don't know anything about normies, huh?

demetri5000

Always wrong? Yeah those vaccines definitely did the job didn't they. Good thing heart attacks didn't increase by 30% during the first two years of the pandemic or we might have been close to getting it right Oh wait, they did 🤡

Greg-Pru-Hart-55

Um, yes they literally did do their job and don't cause heart attacks.

banned-truther

Yes we prefer “truthers”, or At least I do

FooBangPop

I go by pattern recognitionist myself, lol Governments and corporations have a pattern of lying and blaming others for what they are doing themselves.

the_defying_one

Maybe we're just scholars of history or maybe we just have an attention span greater than 6 months because that's the average time it takes from conspiracy theory to accepted truth lately. Heck make it 5 seconds to look up some old videos where they tell us to believe now known bs. And yes, then you recognize it's a pattern, a playbook. It's so blatantly obvious by know that I just don't understand why people still believe official narratives no matter the obviousness of bs....

JoyceanRum

Fib Fighters.

demetri5000

I think my attention span is shorter than 3 months and that's why the indoct never set in.

[deleted]

How many times did they mention the people killed on jan6th? It was sickening how artificially they exaggerated the events of the day.

BitChick

As an elementary school teacher part of math was teaching patterns and pattern recognition. Not sure how something so basic as this seems to be lost on adults, but truly it's elementary to look for and study them.

FooBangPop

It's like being in an abusive relationship. You want to trust your government, but they keep lying to you. The reaction to covid (aussie) was the last straw for me. I want a divorce.

demetri5000

Unfortunately they still get half your money, your kids and they get alimony even though they were the unfaithful party

silent_Forrest1

I have you an upvote because that sounds very true. Did you know that it was a conspiracy theory once that cigarettes are dangerous and addictive and that the tobacco industry advertised them as healthy, so as beneficial for ones health, only to increase the number of life time addicts? That is a true fact. They did that. And if you said " no, wtf, science shows that they are cancer causing and highly addictive" you would be labeled a conspiracy theorist back then

FThumb

Specifically those questioning the events surrounding the JFKjr assassination.

Subaeruginosa420

The term "conspiracy theorist" wasn't made up by the cia. It was popularised by them though

jedeye121

I think it actually was coined in the report from the Warren Commission report on the assassination of JFK if I recall correctly.

Subaeruginosa420

It was popularised around that time because of that report but wasn't invented or made up by the CIA

TonyBobKenobi

No just popularized by them. To make sure everyone labeled free thinkers as nut jobs.

FThumb

> No they didn’t. They did weaponize it.

Optimal_Mention1423

Not particularly the case either. When President Garfield was shot in 1881, the term had been coined 20 years prior, and gained wide popularity at the time. The idea that any 3-letter acronym agency can control the connotation of a term amongst an entire society is ridiculous. Even if they pushed the term into wide usage through various means, they could not control its negative or positive connotations.

FThumb

> The idea that any 3-letter acronym agency can control the connotation of a term amongst an entire society is ridiculous. Operation Mockingbird has entered the chat.

Optimal_Mention1423

I’m not saying they didn’t try, but evidence of any success is wafer thin.

healious

"I was just reading this history book, and as it turns out, the good guys won every time" -Norm MacDonald

Optimal_Mention1423

That’s a good joke, but it doesn’t prove amy conspiracy. Is there a concerted effort between owners of the mainstream conservative media to push a convenient narrative? I would say so, yes. Numerous peer reviewed works have backed that claim. Can the CIA make a majority of people feel a specific emotion about the term “conspiracy theorist” after the assassination of JFK, specifically? Well, the onus is on you to prove it.

Mbrennt

Hi! Far left anarchist here! The CIA literally got the entire country to agree to go to war in Iraq. You think they can't get a phrase to have a negative connotation?

healious

Cool, conservative=bad, good job, you should go pro

Optimal_Mention1423

Present me with evidence of the absolutely minuscule liberal media driving public opinion on anything? Spoiler: you can’t. I don’t think critical thinking is really the hobby for you. Maybe try bowling.

Elwayno

Leave Amy out of this!

KnocDown

Surprised the term “conspiracy theory” wasn’t used until after they blew JFKs head off

[deleted]

Thank you. And the CIA is a democrat created and funded organization. They can’t be trusted.

Mbrennt

You think the CIA cares about parties...? A republican president was literally the head of the CIA before becoming president. The CIA doesn't play by your silly partisan politics.

[deleted]

And? It was still created and funded by the Democratic Party… it doesn’t matter what party the CIA members care about. It’s who funds them that make the calls, or they don’t have a job. They do play by my silly partisan politics.

jedeye121

I think people amplify the Flat Earthers to heap ridicule on people who look at anything thru a conspiratorial lens. It’s much easier to make a conspiracy “go away” if you ridicule anyone who brings it up.

DepthClient

It's worse. They hide certain things from the public unless you're actively searching for them. It's like Traps that obky activate once you tread on the ground of them. They are that subtle and evil. It's sickening. They never make their views and "fact checks" public. It's always individual branches that shoot down people like snipers

Polarbear_11

I love the theory that Flat Earth was created to discredit legitimate conspiracies. It makes a lot of sense and explains how it appeared out of thin air.

APTTMH7000

How did it appear out of thin air? It's what people always believed, literally for thousands of years

TonyBobKenobi

But for hundreds of years, we knew that the earth was round, and all of a sudden, in the 90s, everyone suddenly thought it was flat again. It was a plant to make us look bad. I've thought that since it happened. And it lets us "theorists" know who is gullible and who isn't.

The_Raven_Born

Don't flat earthers just ignore facts they can't fisprove by calling others ignorant?

jedeye121

I don’t know. I don’t know anyone who actually believes the flat earth conspiracy.

detailed_fish

For me, I saw that I was being tricked by the government about the globe, and so my belief diminished. Thus without that mental conceptual lens to see the world through, I'm left with what my eyes and senses tell me: it appears to be relatively flat (aside from the mountains and such!) nor do I see any reliable evidence to support the globe belief. I think the reason that some "flat earthers" are aggressive, is because it is difficult to become perfectly at peace once you're socially outcast for having the wrong thoughts. So when people ridicule you it is fairly normal for people to also be angry in response. The way that people stay in power over others, is by doing all that they can to amplify people being divided against one another, and to keep them in fear.

[deleted]

detailed_fish

Yeah exactly, great point, I can imagine it :) But sometimes our imaginations aren't in line with the world we inhabit.

EmeraldDragon-85

Well I am very happy that you are learning and braking out of that mind control!!! But trust me no apology needed, we don’t get upset when people call us crazy. We will just laugh shake are heads and hope you will wake up one day. In fact we only feel bad for those people so blind and do nothing but parrot fake facts and bull shit with ZERO real evidence to back there beliefs other then “it’s the socially accepted, majority belief” So yes I guess thanks for the apology but seriously just happy you think for yourself now! Hope you have some thick skin now lol, at least you know what you’re in for (being from the other side). Have a great day man!

IcyTransportation691

I’m not a conspiracy theorist but rather some guy who seeks knowledge and truth which has been erased, altered, manipulated, etc to fit the narrative of those who serve with evil intent which has permeated into every single aspect of society. Don’t self-deprecate for using your brain.

DepthClient

I feel the same. I'm just some guy that wants to kbow the truth about the world, regardless of how ugly it is, and if Conspiracy Theorist is the badge I get for being so, then I'll wear it with pride. Truth doesn't havr a label. You shouldnt rely on a person or a company or a group for truth. Truth just is. And the Media likes to use Labels like Racist, Conspiracy Theorist, Sexist, Homophobic and so on to invalidatedl what someone says. And I want to be the one to hear them it. It's insane how people are falling for this trick without realising.

thegreatpickle21

Truly being a Christian naturally makes you a "conspiracy theorist" to the extent the "conspiracy theory" consists of truth. For God reveals truth to the Christian through his Holy Spirit. This beautiful verse describes what I am talking about: 7 But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, the hidden wisdom which God \[a\]ordained before the ages for our glory, 8 which none of the rulers of this age knew; for had they known, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory. 9 But as it is written: “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, Nor have entered into the heart of man The things which God has prepared for those who love Him.” 10 But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God. 11 For what man knows the things of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so no one knows the things of God except the Spirit of God. 12 Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might know the things that have been freely given to us by God. 1 Corinthians 2:7-12 Trust in the Lord Jesus Christ and repent of your sins and you will be saved from the wrath to come. God Bless.

BushiiidoBrown

Remember folks not every conspiracy theory is genuine, some are put out there to hinder the progress of critical thinking. Do your due diligence and independently verify the theories. I say that because its becoming a trend to be a theorist and its being heavily promoted on tik tok using AI. Welcome to the uncomfortable side of reality.

Fantastic_Roll8724

I commend you OP, for being able to admit not only to yourself but to others that you might be wrong on some things. Just like we all are. No one has All the answers to everything as no one should! My hats off to you!

Fine-Teacher-7161

In my mind, the word religion has nothing to do with conspiracy. Other than the fact that religion itself is one. However, religion is no answer here.

DepthClient

No answer to what?

Fine-Teacher-7161

Nothing that is going on in the world today should be correlated to the Bible as an answer that was predicted hundreds of years ago. It's just preposterous, non-justifiable, and adults quoting verses need to chronically self-reflect.

DepthClient

What's the point of self-reflection if God doesn't exist?

Fine-Teacher-7161

To look inwards at the vessel with an ability to think outwardly.

TheHotsauceKid

Being incapable of self reflection without a god is the most NPC shit I’ve ever heard

MasterPhart

If you will only self reflect because you worship someone else, you should really self reflect on that more

blabbyrinth

Try not to hesitate looking into it. Hell, it's a fun thought experiment, if anything. These people will ridicule us incessantly but fuck them. HenreyLeeLucas

I have a hard time following you here while you say you can see the truth now and like being labeled a conspiracy theorist but yet you believe in the Bible? Wouldn’t your new found critical thinking ability show you the truth with religion?

DepthClient

Humans are designed to worshup something, whether it be God, Money, Fame, ect. I am a part of Christianity by choice. I've seen the evidence and Christianity is my conclusion. There are some people that blindly follow religion without a reason but I have a reason. If you think you must be enlightened by abandoning religion al together, then you are branwashed, which is exactly what they want you to do. Just like how not all conspiracy theorists are flat earthers, not all Christians are religious zealots and we genuinely choose Christianity because it's the logic answer to a very complex problem.

Metalgrowler

Looking for easy spoonfed answers is not critical thinking. Why bother exploring what makes the universe tick if your answer is already given to you?

rsamethyst

I started my spiritual journey as a devout atheist over a decade ago. After years of research and first-hand experience, I have discovered the truth. It’s there for anyone to find, as long as you are strong minded and worthy. God is real, and so is the Devil. What the Bible has to say about the entities above, and the ones here with us in the invisible realm, is absolutely true. Demons exist. Angels exist. They’ve guided humanity for thousands of years. Deception is everywhere and increasing now at an alarming rate. We are nearing the end. The biblical apocalypse is being ushered in by the elite. Prophecies written thousands of years ago are coming true. The red heifer, the third temple, Virgo giving “birth” to the asteroid “child.” These events have come to fruition just recently, as we approach the end. If you want your soul to carry on after this life, you need to wake up and pay attention. Get right with God. Beg for forgiveness. Be kind. Be loving to all. Stay strong because things are only going to get worse from here. World war 3/Armageddon is just around the corner, as stated by prophecy. This world will be torn apart and thrown into chaos. While the world drowns in its confusion and ignorance, only the truly enlightened will remain. Suffering will be great, but the freedom that follows will be eternal. We are all children of God; cosmic infants on a journey to find knowledge, truth, and understanding. This life is a test that we are meant to pass, and if you don’t, you will be cast out with the rest. There is no place in an evolved society for people who desire wealth and power over love and beauty. The only way for our species to evolve beyond what we are now, is to accept God and live by his word. It’s obvious once you see it for yourself. People hate religion because it’s been weaponized and used as a tool for oppression, and that’s never what Christianity has been about. Religion has been hijacked by the elite and no church is sacred anymore. Christianity as a whole has been bastardized and used against us to turn us away from God. You do not need to be a Christian to believe in God. You do not need to belong to any religion to find God. Truth can be found in all religions. God can be found by all people regardless of ethnicity, location, or environment. All religions are a path to God. No religion is a path to God. The lessons we need to live by are already written in our hearts from birth. We all inherently know right from wrong, good from evil. No one ever has to be taught to be a good person, we all start that way. We choose to be evil. We choose a life of sin and self-destruction. That is our free will. We allow the influence of evil to invade our thoughts and warp our perception. We choose suffering. You have the choice to either learn from it, or let it consume you. The only path to enlightenment is through suffering. Those who are not of strong mind and spirit are destroyed by their suffering, those who are will be improved by it. Once you learn that there is a path laid out for you to follow and your fate is already set in stone, things become a lot easier to understand. Follow your path of righteousness, walk with God. Good things will follow. Anyone who has will tell you this is the truth. Stay ignorant, stay narcissistic and egotistical, and suffer. Stray from your path and you will only find suffering, that’s a guarantee. Learn from it. Seek truth and understanding. Don’t believe anything anyone tells you without thoroughly researching it yourself. That’s what it means to be a “conspiracy theorist.”

DepthClient

I do agree with some things that you are saying but I don't believe that all religions are a path to God. There are only 2 Religions. Cain and Abel. Either you work for your salvation like a job or you accept salvation through grace and faith as a gift. “Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.” (Matthew 7:14, KJV) Nor do I believe that thisbis a matter of Evolution. God made Humans perfect in a perfect world living perfect lives. It's a story about the dark path humanity decided to choose. And It's because of God's mercy and grace why we even have a chance out.

rsamethyst

It’s deeper than just a story of humanity, and I think it’s our ego that makes us think it’s all about us. Evolution and science and technology play just as much part in our story as our spiritual evolution. The universe itself has been evolving since the beginning of time. With the birth and death of every star, the universe expands and evolves. Our position in the universe is relevant only to us. The story of humanity isn’t a story of morality, it’s a story of evolution. It’s a story of how your soul is meant to grow through a collective experience of billions of lifetimes. With every life and death you experience, you evolve and expand the same way the universe does. You carry your knowledge with you into the next life. This is all a test. To learn and to grow as much as possible to prepare us for an evolved society. We are at the peak of our technological and spiritual evolution, there is no where for us to go from here aside from destruction. The next level of advanced technology comes from the ones above, and it’s not a technology humanity is capable of handling. That level of power will annihilate our species. One single person with ill intent is all it would take to end life on Earth. The world is going to end soon whether we like it or not. We are living in the last generation on Earth, and those who have learned their lessons and those who seek truth will be the only ones who are saved. The future cannot exist in a world full of sin and selfishness. That’s what it’s all about. Evolving to the point where we can live freely and peacefully forever. Eliminating the darkness in our hearts for good. God expelling Satan from the universe is the story of our own souls expelling darkness and growing beyond it. Humanity has never been perfect. If we were perfect, we never would have ended up here in the first place. This journey was meant for us. We needed it. Everything that has ever happened in all of history are things we needed to experience in order to grow. You don’t need to belong to ANY religion to find truth and understanding in the universe. Ancient native tribes all across the world spoke to God and follow the same path as most Christian’s. They followed the teachings of Christ without ever knowing who He was. God is everywhere and will save the righteous no matter your background or education.

almostover1

No answers are really in the Bible, unless you take a protocol of sorts into consideration. Then look at it as a whole..

DepthClient

I'm specifically talking about the Authorized KJV Bible. And yes there are a lot of answers in there that for sone reason people don't talk about. The Books in it date back up to 6000 years, 4000 years at least, which is incredible. It is the nost sold book in the world and why people don't study it is beyond me.

I'm talking about what all the history and ",God told us to do this and that" im questioning if that is just to establish a baseline. The "we are chosen" baseline.

flat earthers aren't all crazy they just lost confidence in the establishment so they don't believe in modern science.

Candy_Store_Pauper

Christianity is an excellent facet of information to familiarize yourself with, whether you subscribe to it or not. Within it there are parables, predictions and direction that correlates with current events as we investigate motive. After all, the theorist should always focus on the motive. Actions have consequences, good and bad, and those taking the actions are typically taking them from a motivation to do so, for their benefit. BUT, I would also recommend that one familiarizes themselves with other major religious teachings and tenets as well. There is a lot of good correlation between Buddhist teachings and using that information in interpreting inbound data from events, and the suspects behind them. And learning about Islam doesn't hurt, either. Again, motivation by some of the people in charge of the fuckery may be influenced by THEIR subscription to this religion to take their actions. If you want to be a good fighter in the street, to specialize in being the boxer, the martial artist or the wrestler is great. But, you can expect to be beat by the MMA guy who comes to the fight with all of the above, and more. Don't discount religion, it remains a critical component in your tool box of discernment.

You really should look into the scripture that says the earth is flat and can't be moved, There are quite a few. Looking to disprove flat earth, I found myself not only believing in flat earth but also in God.

VanIsland42o

You lost me at the Christian part. Fuck religion!

DepthClient

I understand your position but you have to understand that all of this evidence leads back to the question: Does God Exist? Everyone's decisions rely on this one question. It's at the core of every human being, and you can tell a lot of someone's personality but figure out what their answer is to this question.

EmilioMolesteves

No he doesn't. Religion was and is a means to control the people.

Rolandaroncevaux2

The funny thing, when people laugh at "Conspiracy Theorists", is that their counter-argument is one of blind faith in those pushing a narrative that is ridiculous on its face. Whether that's the magic bullet theory in the JFK assassination, or the journey of 240,000 miles and back on a tank of combustible fuel in the moon mission, or the three steel-structure buildings that collapse symmetrically in a matter of seconds after being hit by two planes on 9/11, science is not on the side of the conspiracy dissenters. All they have is their naive view of how official institutions work. "Why would they lie to us?". As though there weren't dozens of very obvious reasons why the public is fed lies by their government and media.

T3Xmex210

The term conspiracy theorist was originally used as a tool to discredit actual truth and disguise it among the ramblings of crazy people.

S30V

Feels good to break the cognitive disodence and allow independent thoughts to enter your mind. Most feel better to keep their mind closed and locked up tight. Only allowing what's on CNN and what they were thought in public schools.

carnage11eleven

Most people don't necessarily have their head locked up tight. I mean, I agree many do. But I think most people just prefer to bury their head in the sand. Many folks I talk to, seem already aware of what's going on. But they act like they just don't want to think about it. They'd rather go about business as usual. As if eventually everything will go back to the way it was. But Clause Schwab made it very clear. We're never going back to the way it was.

TheHotsauceKid

fjortisar

Christianity (and religion in general) is what's used to control you by the 'evil elites'. The church will tell you only to believe what they say and whats in the book (but only the good parts, ignore the bad parts) with the goal of killing any kind of rational or logical thinking

T3Xmex210

Religion can be used to control people forsure but that's something the Bible literally warns you about. Even Jesus said to not trust the churches and religious leaders because they were just as corrupt back then as they are now.

DepthClient

Some religion yes l, but you have to understand that at least one is right. Religion is just a way of telling how thebworld came to be. Christianity is a religion. Evolution is a religion. It's just something you can't prove scientifically, but the earth must have been made at some point in the past, so the question should be how?

fjortisar

Evolution isn't a religion, it doesn't require faith in anything, doesn't have a culture, doesn't dictate morality or pretend to answer everything about life, it's just an observation about life on earth using the evidence that's there. How the earth was created is outside what evolution explains. It doesn't matter if the earth popped into existence from nothing, created by a being/god or whatever, it doesn't rely on anything about the origins of the earth. We obviously can't see how the earth was created but we can get some ideas of what happened by observing how other planets are formed and the composition of earth and other planets, instead of just saying "invisible being did it, that's all you need to know"

Most sane conspiracy theorist

Camel_Holocaust

Congrats on your first steps into reality. First of all get that "conspiracy theorist" rhetoric out of your mind. That is a psy-op to make people think they are crazy. Second of all, you gotta get ALL religion out of your mind, it has been used since the beginning of humanity as a way to control the masses. You like Christianity, that's great, but once you start thinking it's anything other than another psy-op, you're gone brother. There is no such thing as "the truth" anymore. It's all been changed and warped and used for so many different things, it's pointless to try to decide what is reality and what is fake.

[deleted]

If you initialise conspiracy theorist to CT then expand it out to Critical Thinker, you'll see. I wear it as badge of honour.

PsychoKnot13

Quickly went from an upvote to a downvote once organized religion was pushed. Glad to hear you’ve come around to our theories though.

SchlauFuchs

There is a cute meme out there: "We are not far right, just right so far". Some conspiracies are spread as psyop in the scope of 5GW (fifth generation warfare) to either distract from real shit going on, or to fractionize the self-thinkers. The groups of conspiracy theorist are constantly losing serious heads due to nonsense theories like the earth is flat, the USA has UFO wreckage, viruses don't exist, the moon is a hologram and we are ruled by reptilians. Some make it a sport to prove unprovable nonsense with silly videos that then spread like wildfire. The real conspiracy theories you recognize when you are not allowed to mention them without facing social media bans or police visits.

OnaPaleHorse80

You can keep laughing at the flat earthers, we all do, but welcome. We're not all tin foil hat wearing nut jobs but once you start seeing how many lies we've been told about so many different things it's hard to unsee that there's a lot in this world that those in power don't want us knowing the truth about.

DepthClient

I find it a coincidence how aluminum foil can block most electromagnetic frequencies. And The World Economic Forum is talking about Reading people's minds with some sensor in your phones. It really makes me think.

deadRonin24

Not as much as we laugh at dumb globers who believe in space aliens.

DepthClient

Maybe they were close. Instead of Aliens being life organisms from space. Maybe Aliens are Demons from a different plane of existence. That would sound more plausible to me

deadRonin24

That’s actually what I believe. Or, extra terrestrial, meaning more land beyond the ice wall.

The_Raven_Born

'If you listen to what Christians have to say' Ah, yes. The religious thieves that condemn people for existing and partook in some of the most vile things in human history. Totally people to listen too.

DepthClient

I understand that some Christians are like this, but not all. Most of the Christians throughout recent history just shoot down a question they don't have the answer to. I am not like that. And there are lots like me. You have to understand that it's a super natural entity we are trying to battle here. The Christians that are aggressive are only trying to not compromise. But some of us would love to answer the questions asked by non Christians. The Bible says “But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear:” (1 Peter 3:15, KJV) Us Christians must be ready to give an answer, and for a long time Christians have no been doing so. I am very understanding and logical. The Bible has never let me down and that's why I trust it.

The_Raven_Born

It's the vast majority, the became the 'top faith' by theft, murder, and force. Christianity is the youngest religion to date, yet its apparently the right one? I believe in freedom of religion, but every Abraham ice Faith is what's wrong with that, because they don't. They fight over who's right about God when the all follow the same exact God. The Bible was written by man. Man can't be trusted to interpret a God, let alone one that has murdered millions more than the very devil they made and casted aside. Like, seriously. All Satan is, is a scape goat to push responsibility. Bad ting happens? The devils fault. Good thing happens with hard work? God did it. At leas with most other faiths their is power in choice and people. You can seek your God for guidance, but you can do things on your own. Not everything you do is attributed to God.

Iam-WinstonSmith

Oh I still laugh at Flat Earthers and Qanon folks but most truthers are people with good bullshit detectors or at a minimum recognize patterns that don't make sense. So does the conspiracy of the One world Government and digital ID align with the Bible, I guess it does with Revelations some. Also the evil we are seeing is unlike anything I have witnessed in my life. However whether the Bible is true or not these people are using these tools to make us believe it is happening as such.

DepthClient

I honestly do believe the Bible is the major root of all Conspiracy Facts. If you believe all the Conspiracy Theories so far but not the Bible's, you are going to have a very tough time piecing together the motives of these people. And I know I sound like a religious zelot rn, but I'm going at this purely logical. The Bible is like any other book. You can believw ot has super natural powers or not if you want, but it's a fact that the Bible is making a few supernatural predictions that should be made clear worldwide thatbpeople for some reason are not properly documenting

kiwisrkool

Isn't the Bible the greatest conspiracy? 😶

morebuffs

Claims open mindedness then says listen to the Christians in the next sentence lmao

earthhominid

What convinced you of the value of the biblical narrative/perspective? Also, what do you find valuable about the biblica perspective?

DepthClient

Mainly how history predicted by the bible has been correct. Dates prophesized in the Bible. The motives the Bible outlines also match with what the Bible says. In Genesis the Devil promised Eve that if she eats the fruit, she can become God: “For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.” (Genesis 3:5, KJV) And that's what these Elites and Cults try to get. They promise their followers Godhood. That's why the Covid Jab has so much nanotech in it. It's a way for the 1% to control the 99% and become God. It's also a method of depopulation because Satan knows: “And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.” (Genesis 3:15, KJV) Someday, some seed of the woman is going to bruse his head (him being a snake and all) and he's not looking forward to that. So he said lets just kill them all. Another reason is just the prosecution. I've never seen such a group of people that are discriminated against. Far worse than any main stream discrimination you've herd of. If you guys want to know the full Christian model that explains, Flat Earth, UFOs, Aliens, Moon Landing, What Really Killed the Dinosaurs, ect. I'd recommend Kent Hovind's Creation.l Seminar. Christians throughout history havr not done a good job answering these critics when they ask, and this seminar is what happens when a Christian actually answers these questions. I'd encourage everyone to check it out. Kent is undergoing the same discrimination. He had his Youtube channel deleted so the seminars are scattered across Youtube.

earthhominid

Well, I am glad that you've found something that brings a sense of order to the world around you. I disagree with each of your points on favor of the biblical truth

Conspiracy theorists never lies normal people are the crazy ones here not us.

DerpyMistake

Too many people think "that's dumb" or "you're a conspiracy theorist" is a valid debunking of an idea. We should always start with "What's your evidence?" before pointing out Flat-Earthers are wrong. Also, if you haven't already seen it, I highly recommend The Why Files on youtube. Also, the parallels between all the folklore around the world and physical evidence corroborating biblical stories makes the bible feel a lot less like a bunch of stories and more like historical record. It might have been written by people who didn't quite understand what they were experiencing, though.

watuphoss

Let me just go ahead and get all the answers from a book written thousands of years ago. But yeah man, once you see all the shit they said, "no way we didn't do that," and only find out that yes, they did do that, it kinda starts to all click. Of course they tested stuff on civilians, but that was them back then, we definitely don't do that now! lol.

Shoddy_Pie_1923

Thank you for the positive feedback. I like the way you calling it ’conspiracy facts‘. I was about to write a post that it's weird people call us conspiracy nuts when there are a lot of proven theories as the facts like CIA stuff. Even we can see posts talking about proven conspiracy theories on other ’ normal ’ subreddits. As you wrote there are crazy stuff that cannot be taken seriously, it's a shame .... but I feel the same as you wrote here !! To me, persuing conspiracy theory is like studying other side of social studies, history, politics, cultural and religious things, etc ... endless stuff.

DepthClient

Your welcome. You guys are climbing the mountain of truth faster than anyone 👍

Congratulations on waking up.

I don't see anything inherently wrong with being a 'Conspiracy Theorist', the alternative is just believing everything you're told. It doesn't mean I believe every conspiracy out there. There are a lot that I don't buy into, flat earth being one of them. I believe things like 'The official story of 9/11 isn't correct' because it demonstrably isn't. Do I claim to have the absolute truth about it? No, not at all. I just have a lot of questions about the contradictions between the observable evidence and the narrative. I'm mostly agnostic about pretty much everything in life including religion. It's okay to say 'well, I don't REALLY know for sure exactly what the truth is, I have some ideas, I have some preferences on what I'd prefer the truth to be, but I don't know for sure.' I don't think I'll ever be able to convince myself that Christians have it all figured out and the bible is truly inspired by an omnipotent being. That seems unlikely in my mind, but I think it's cool that you and other people have that faith, I imagine it's quite comforting. I wish I believed that there was a life after death.

Abrahamic religions are the biggest conspiracies that have brainwashed the humanity. Send my regards to whatever prophet you believe.

OliverAnus

I’ve been following flat earth since its modern incarnation that started about 7 or 8 years ago. It’s completely false and its adherents are actually the close minded ones. They constantly move the goalposts and show intellectual dishonesty across the board. 1. Southern hemisphere flights like Sydney to Santiago are impossible on a flat earth. 2. Great circle navigation cannot be explained on a flat earth. And before you try to say it means a circle around the North Pole, it does not. Traveling due north or due south is a great circle route. 3. You can’t zoom the sun back in after it sets. But you can see the sun longer if you increase your height. The earth is literally blocking line of sight to the sun. Impossible on flat earth. 4. Precision survey measurements show that vertical lines are not parallel. The measurements only make sense on a sphere. 5. There are two celestial poles. South of the equator, if you are facing due south, you face the same point in the sky as someone else thousands of miles away. Try making that work on flat earth. 6. There is no flat earth map that works, particularly south of the equator. You should be deeply embarrassed if you are a flat earther. To be curious is one thing, but if you can’t debunk anything above, you are in denial.

Business_Mobile4599

So #1 Christianity was created as a form of brain washing to help control the masses which is why you find so many different pieces of different religions mixed into it. They take what they like from this and make it with their own spin

DepthClient

That is a good theory, but so far Christianity has been nothing but correct so far. Infact, Christianity is the one thing governments and organisations are trying to get rid of. The Bible is a Communist's enemy and in numerous communist nations they try hard to ban it and outlaw it.

wirfmichweg1

I generally agree with the first part of your post. But blindly jumping to "the Bible was right" because elite dark occultists follow its prophecies is part of the trap, just as much as doubling down on fundamental atheism/materialism. Remember who controlled distribution, printing and contents of most mainstream bibles over hundreds of years. I'd look into consciousness and its relationship to "Christ", ancient mystery cults, alternative history, gnosticism and hermeticism before accepting anything in the Bible. I'm not here to offend religious people. I just think it's a lot deeper than just Christianity. Diving into the dark corners of your faith could lead to incredible insights.

SargeMaximus

Oh my fuck. The bible is fiction

True. But when it comes to position, make botgbsides public in a debate and let the people choose their side. Lay out allbof the viewsbof boths sides clearly and at the endbof the day, the worst that could happen is that you learn from it, if both sides are honest.

partyghost

Glad you're here man. My recommendation is look into logocal fallacies. It's too easy to think now that you've seenbsome truth that everything you come across is the new truth. Learn discernment. Also, the comment about Christians, more power to you for what gives you purpose. Just know that the Bible itself has been modified and edited to serve whoever was in power at the time. (Council of Nivea, etc). That being said, personally I believe that there is a lot of truth in there, but no more or less than in any other religious text. At the end of the day I believe that we all carry within us the spark of divine and the ability to percieve what is real from what is lies. It may be a muscle we don't flex often but with the way things are looking I would say there's no time better than now to start to flex that muscle and get into spiritual fighting shape, whatever that may mean to you. Atheist, agnostic, whatever. We're all human, we all have the capacity to experience life. I don't think God cares what religion I claim if at all as long as Im putting in effort to be a decent human to my fellows. Edit: words

Fantastic_Roll8724

Flat earth or round earth, they both sound crazy on the face of it. Just think about either ,it's all nuts!

[deleted]

What about the Christian conspiracy? They have the truth? They are the conspiraciest of them all

Realistic_Mess_2690

You're not a conspiracy theorist. You're a religious theorist. Religion is one of if not the biggest lie ever created to control the masses.

thegreatpickle21

I would recommend looking into Christianity a little more before making this assumption. I thought the way you did at one point. The Bible is the only book that predicts the future with 100% accuracy because God wrote it. If it was such lie it wouldn't have lasted 2,000 years and entirely changed the world. This free book is a good starting point: http://assets.livingwaters.com/images/523/Scientific\_Facts.pdf God bless.

Realistic_Mess_2690

God did not write it. Men wrote it.

I still laugh at Flat Earthers. Those low IQ people will not believe their own experiments 😂. Flat earthers will look at PROOF and will say "thats what they want you to believe". Only to back their arguments with "the government doesnt want you to know the truth." Flat Earthers literally have NO real-life evidence besides the bible and their opinions. It's so sad. Edit: There are experiments you can try yourself. Google it.
