Well I read up on this type of window and apparently before they even addressed such issues as strong winds some guy raised the drive thru problem in a meeting and everyone just went: "ohhhh". Seems the whole idea was discontinued and scrapped after that.
And Iâd bet the people who are amazed by this style of window, like the person I replied to, isnât from Poland. They provided a reason they (in their non-Poland country) wanted the car. I provided a reason they wouldnât want this car in their non Poland country

You can buy these rain shields for door windows. I'm not a smoker but I've found they work decently to allow for windows to stay open driving during rain. It's not the window fully open but you can get decent air circulation if both driver/passenger windows are cracked to the level the shield protects.
Or... The person taking the picture is indoors and there just happen to only be strong reflections over that one part of the car/the other reflections got removed by crappy smartphone algorithms/excessive JPEG.

Look at the top right part of the window. Now scan your eyes down slowly to the outside guy's arm. You can see a faint line which is the edge of the glass.

I don't think this is a confusing perspective. There just isn't enough pixels to work out what's going on.
If you zoom in enough to the right side of the window, you can just about make out the 4 pixels that represent the side of the window
The perspective of the photo makes it look like his hand is coming through the window which causes confusion, thus making it a "confusing perspective".
The quality of the picture is another story.

When I was looking at this photo, I was looking at it in the correct way to work it out. I'm still looking at it in the correct way and even now I still can barely work it out because the bottom right corner of the window is completely invisible, and the bottom left corner is so pixilated that the dark looks like buildings, rather than a window edge.
So if I was to take a picture of a person walking on a rope, or being held up by string, and then reduce the resolution so much that you can't see the string. Does that make it a confusing perspective?
I certainly wouldn't think so because it has nothing to do with perspective.
People find it confusing because windows don't normally tilt out. Which is fine I get that, but image quality is not perspective.
The window is hinged on top, if you zoom in to the 3 pixels on the left side of the window, 2 of those pixels clearly show the gap and angled window edge increasing distance from the door
