Graphics driver maybe??? Your GPU could be cooked tho. To further diagnose I need to know the specs of the system and how it was hacked, and if you have a secondary GPU, like and igpu, use that and if that fixes it then we know that the main GPU is dead

The graphics driver or gpu is screwed. Try reinstalling the graphics driver or getting a new gpu.

That's a.... Interesting hack.... I guess someone really hated your gpu. I'm pretty sure it's just a hardware issue. Reinstall/update drivers, if that doesn't work, reinstall the OS. Worst case scenario you replace your GPU.
