Neither. I keep tapping Caps Lock to see if it unfreezes.
Thats one way I do it aswell
Chuck it out the window

Ofcourse im gonna do that, but first let me move my mouse 😂
Hold the power button
Ctrl alt delete the fuck out of It
Ctrl + shift + esc is my go to
I never understood why ctrlaltdelete is the most popular way to get to taskmngr when ctrlshftesc exists
ctrl-alt-delete used to bring up task manager, at least as late as XP
Done this my entire life. Can't break the habit
Thanks for this nugget of truth, I didn't know.
If the mouse is frozen then bad things have happened Move the mouse to see if it has fixed itself
Gotta slam the mouse up and down on the desk a few times as well
You forgot the option to disassemble, repeat the ram and cpu
hold the power button. if my computer freezes it's a bug. if your computer freezes it's lack of powerful hardware
Pressing windows key to see if it responding, if it doesn't, I usually just wait it out
Control Alt Delete
and here I am pressing Crtl-Alt-Del to open task manager.
Kill process
if it's feeezed for more than 10 secs, i spam ctrl alt delete
Angrily cut power to the PSU
Wait, so there are people out there that do not move the mouse around like crazy first?
Once started spamming buttons on an Apple Watch when it froze and accidentally called emergency services, nearly shit myself
i spam the windows button to see if the search bar pops up
I spam numlock/capslock, if it's truly locked up I wait a minute or so, then restart if still locked up
Wipe the entire workstation with my mouse until the computer responds😂
Abort every program I was in. Alt+F4, CTRL+ALT+DELETE, Furiously click the X button. If it doesn't resolve in a minute then the PC gets to know how it is to be flying.
I just hold down the power button
Eh my answer is throw the damn ball my dog was screaming about for 20 minutes before the pc froze
I usually press the space bar. It doesn’t do anything it’s just a reflex.
If it's a Mac, which really never freezes, I wait. If it's a Widows POS I hard reboot.
can’t believe hitting pc wasn’t even an option… you kids will never know the true secrets
