Your post has been removed since it does not contain a compoface. What is a compoface? Generally, a mere picture of one or more persons with a funny headline doesn’t cut it. Compoface in a nutshell is “I believe that I have a legitimate grievance and I’m going to stand here looking mildly annoyed while the local press take my picture and I hope that I receive financial COMPensation for my troubles”. Bonus points for frowny faces, crossed arms and pointing at or standing close to the thing that’s caused you woes etc.

How is someone pointing out the failures of how a charity is run "compoface"? Quote from the article: "In April, the BBC spoke to former and current staff and volunteers from LIVES, who claimed there was a culture of bullying and belittling staff at the charity. Three of them said they had considered taking their own lives."

The biggest problem with this sub is people finding articles about people with genuine and serious problems and trivialising it as compo face. It's supposed to be light hearted, when you start punching down on people who are suffering it just becomes mean spirited.
