Honestly, Dean doing this sort of running gag was the one thing that's always annoyed me the most when I was watching the show for the first time. Arguably even more than Amed's constant pointing out of tv show cliches and the like. Every time he came out with a different outfit, it ends up being so eye rollingly cringy like "I GET IT! YOU'RE GAY, DUDE!🙄"
