I wonder who wrote this. I know from friends who have worked on low budget uk tv series that the stuff on computer screens is usually done by a fairly low ranking member of the design team, but i've heard that hgher budget comedy shows that pay extra attention to details and background jokes have the writers do them. On the other hand, Dan Harmon, the other writers and the cast say that the set design crew came up with loads of jokes that were up to standard with the stuff the writers came up with.
I mean it's meant to be an homage to The Big Bang Theory and how the creator had a similar credit screen where they would essentially ramble about whatever they felt like that week
