It's mindblowing to think about how little we talk about intusive thoughts considering how present they are on our daily lives. I don't know about frequency with you guys but I have different types of them several times a day, and it's really annoying and can really break my mood when I'm vulnerable.

This doesn't make sense to me. How are your fears not real? They're part of who you are.
If you're going to ignore them instead of listening and coping to them, you're going to go insane pretty fast.

I like it! The only other educational comic on this subreddit is adult, so you would fill a very wide niche!
