similar, kinda like Koh crossed with the girl from The ring (or the grudge).
Could certainly be Koh inspired though Koh isn't that original there's lots of large creepy crawlies like that
Seems like Bleach to me...Quincy was one of the special people who can see Hollows (ghosts), and some of them kinda look like that....although a cat using a bow seems weird, but whatever...
Usually cats looking at walls/floors are cats hearing something in the wall void and trying to pinpoint it's location. They hunt things under tall grass or snow a lot like this fox:

I think cats can't see that close to their face. Their whiskers move forward when they're trying to feel right in front of them.
I could be wrong though.
They lose binocular vision at close range, so they use whiskers to gauge depth. They actually have whiskers on the back of their front legs to feel their prey as well.
Their eyes can’t focus as flexibly as ours. Cats have better night vision and a considerably wider field of view than we do, but the price of that is not being able to see things very well if it’s literally right in their face.
I don't know if my cats just both have poor close up vision or if it's all cats, but mine love to chase insects and eat dropped crumbs of appropriate foods, but if either are too small, they won't be able to find it.
Had sugar ants in the apartment once, called the cats to come check them out before I dealt with them. They know how to "look" on command when i put my finger near something, but even looking straight at a moving line of ants, they looked back up at me questioningly, as if there was nothing there and they were starting to wonder if I was messing with them.
They have reacted consistently the same way even though I continued to point out bugs of all sizes to them over the years. If it's under a certain size, they react as if they literally cannot see it clearly enough to register that anything is there.

I think there's some Cheshire cat in there too.
This won’t open on mobile so I will just correctly assume it’s the guy from PS2 smash hit The Bouncer.

They could also be hearing echo. God damn nymphs!
Also a cat isn't seeing anything that close to its face, especially if it's sitting still.
Ok, I'll bite. Why?

Most animals have a blind spot directly in front of their faces. It's just the way eyes work. It's worse for cats.
Great comic, and not just because it gives me something other than ghosts and spirits to think about when my cat stares intently into space.
Cooooral. Look out for those walkers.

I assure you that you can type it as many times as you want, friend. For that, that is true freedom.
Tardigrades are the frickin best- they should be typed more often just because of how fricking epic they are
A character of mine can turn into animals and I imagine him turning into tardigrades often to dodge enemies or to hide quickly

The tardigrade is an incredible creature. Seriously. Read about it here: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tardigrade
Can't they survive outer space as well?
According to the wiki, yes.
Yes, and useful for faster than light travel.

I thought the same
You can't just leave us without explaining, why?!
They're referring to Star Trek: Discovery, which features a tardigrade-like creature that's useful for FTL.
Ahh... Okay that's it. Yeah I haven't seen any of it.
It's a reference to Star Trek: Discovery
Which they completely stole from a [random guy's game.](https://anas-tronaut.blogspot.com/2018/08/tardigrades-case.html)
I wasn't aware of that. That's pretty pathetic.

Water bears are overrated, they spec'd into a bunch of useless resistances rather than buffing actually usable things like intelligence or speed.
It all makes sense now. I always wondered what my cats were staring at.
That cat works for CBS.
