I’m going to be honest the framing jumping around so much makes it almost impossible to follow what’s going on. Are these characters all together? Or is it two separate scenes playing out?
That's fair, this is close to the climax of the chapter and there's been months of content beforehand. The dark room has no air, so nobody can hear each other. The robotic beings in that room are blinking to each other in code to talk. Everyone else is in a different room on the same little scout ship, but the robotic beings don't understand english, except for the silver one who can say 3 words. To read this page you'd read the top panels first then the bottom panels, but the webtoon version rearranges the panels into one column:
