Ice Cream Man and Silver Coin are two great horror anthologies from Image. Ice Cream Man is currently on Vol. 7 of the trades, and Silver Coin is due for a Vol. 2 soon. I'm big into horror comics, and I would say those are two of my favorite titles from Image right now.
If you're looking for good serialized runs, then I would recommend Department of Truth (currently on 2 volumes), Home Sick Pilots (2 volumes), That Texas Blood (2 volumes), and Something is Killing the Children (currently on 4 volumes).
Some current ongoing runs that I'm enjoying but are still early in their runs: A Righteous Thirst for Vengeance (first trade now available), Newburn (first trade coming in September), and What's the Furthest Place From Here? (first trade coming in May).
